I rarely fly and it’s very apparent. Everyone was incredibly helpful, patient and kind.

I am from Miami and I travel, when I can, to visit my son who is studying in Arlington. I have traveled three times with this airline, and I had no problems and everything has been the best. Thank you.

Okay - it sucked having flights canceled last minute due to thunderstorms but I have to say the employees of this airline were phenomenal! I'm serious. Tina, at the Admirals Club Ticket Counter in Dallas did everything she could including locating us in a line trying to get on a flight as stand-by to give us a better stand-by opportunity that would get us on another flight to deliver us to where we needed to be by the time we needed to be there!! Lea Ann, our flight attendant was super experienced and made it all seem calm and possible. We bounced around so many itineraries trying to recover from the canceled flights - most all the ticket counter people were invested in our satisfaction and even when our luggage couldn't keep up with our stand-by changes and flights, that department cared!! They were trying to deliver asap! Hold times were long, but geez, as soon as I got someone on the phone they didn't give up until they helped locate and arrange delivery of our luggage. I know they must have all been taxed by the weather events canceling flights, but their perseverance in making things work for me was impressive.

I rarely use this airport to travel but often visit the American airlines/United shared hangar (escorted of course) to buy weed from my dealer. During each visit, I've been given excellent customer service as well as entertainment as I watch an American Airlines tech smoke weed/"hot box" the locker room while dancing in the shower (I'll post a video soon). This must be a phenomenal company to work for.

I'm not sure what happened but AA went from the airline I avoided due to terrible service to one of my preferred. Don't get me wrong, United has been consistent throughout the years but my hats off to AA for turning things around to the airline I avoided to the airline I'll take particularly because of its direct flights from DCA. Now the Admirals Club, some places pretty rough but I can see a number of places remodeled. Most of the United are just stellar domestic and abroad and I have memberships to both clubs. As evident of AA upping their game, they had guac service where they made guacamole for you at a station in the Admirals Club. Nicely done AA, nicely done.

Excellent service from the ticketing agent. Ticketing agent went above and beyond to try to get me on an International flight, but I did not have all the preauthorization requirements. Agent assisted me in completing forms, did periodic spot checks and reassured me she would get me on the next flight. Unfortunately I had to return the next day, and this same agent pulled me out of the line, reviewed all my paperwork, and seamlessly ticketed me for the flight. Her exemplary performance, caring and comfort eased my disappointment with myself( for not reviewing my pre-travel requirements thoroughly).

I take the trip home from DCA to Chicago , the flight attendants so nice , so kind and friendly especially Linda , I just know Caroline too

All airlines have problems I've been a dedicated customer for over 20 years ... my only concern is the customer service side has dropped to we don't care attitude... the employees at the gates or on the planes are outstanding their leaders or support elements don't care about you or your luggage... as a service disabled veteran I'm tired of being treated like trash when we (the customer) are the reason you are in business and our tax dollars are used to bail you airlines out of trouble...

Forgot something on the plane and they went and got it without question. Appreciate y'all! Dezani and Jayda you're great !!!

DCA is more low key than IAD so easier to navigate through. These American reps and flight attendants were all wonderful and seemed happy!

DCA is really updating the terminals. The Airlines staff and TSA staff have been great at DCA during my travels.

Thanks American Airlines for giving me an upgrade to first class. My first time in first class. I’m so thankful!!!

In spite of ground delay, first class service was great. Pilot made up some time. Thankful for a great crew!

American Airlines at DCA is phenomenal! Great service and great flight route, and a cheap cab from DC.

Dca changed my review by getting it done. Especially Mariadel who took 30 min. to try get us seats together
