So thankful for Michael the manager. He saved Christmas for us. There was some confusion with customer service and the online order, but he made it right and sent us on our way with our order fulfilled. Not to mention all the workers moving that line quickly on the busiest day ever 12/23

Very well organized and quality products. I went this time to purchase stadium chairs. In the past I’ve purchased many other items.

Travis was called to the front and regripped some clubs for me when he was not responsible to do so. He would not accept a tip because he is not allowed and he finished the job in less than an hour for the whole set. The management and Travis went out of there way to help me and it has been some of the best services a big box store has provided me ever.

The staff is always friendly and super helpful. I recently went in to return an item I forgot I had (way past the return by date) and they gave me no hassle at all. The manager shook my hand and gave me a store credit. She did not have to by any means but I am extremely grateful. Camping, hunting and fishing gear, weights, shoes, and sports clothing are sold here so give them a try!

Compared to the service that I received from another sports good store, this place was amazing. Went in for 18 sets of football pads for my youth players, and I called prior and asked sizes. By the time I got there Mark had all the pads pulled for me ready to go. Was missing one set that they didn't have so he asked what way I was heading back and he called the next store to have them reserved for me. Will definitely return.

I had a very good experience with the one associate thst I approached in the shoe department. Knew the products and tailored his information to my specific interest. Of course the store itself was immaculate, tremendous visual merchandising, making it tough NOT To SHOP. Great place for Xmas sport shopping.

Greeted at the door and by a cashier and the greeter. Pointed me in the right direction to get my holiday shopping done quickly. Cashier was friendly at checkout as well. Best experience I've had at a retail store in recent memory.

Zach the manager of the golf department stopped what he was doing. Answered my questions and let me try out some of the new clubs on there hitting range. He also looked at the computer to tell me my swing speed, how far I hit the different brand clubs, and the accuracy of each club. I have decided which brand of clubs I am going to buy, and I will take his suggestion on which shaft to use. I have been to many golf stores, but none of them have helped me like this one did. Thank you Zach for all of your help. I will be back to buy that set of clubs.

We went to buy two new bikes. We weren't sure which ones to go with, Max was a great help in helping us decide. He made sure we were very comfortable with our purchase before we left the store.

I had a great experience at the store buying running shoes. Sammi was so helpful, showing me the shoes that she thought would work best for me and also doing a gait analysis on the treadmill. She really knows what she's talking about!

Shopped for Pickleball equipment. Great selection and affordable price ranges.

Everyone there was helpful and thanks to the great costumer service I got to find the shoes I needed. Plus it was new years weekend and they were open plus happy to be open! This is what one should expect when going to a store.

Great customer service and great product selection but I do hope they bring back fishing supplies back to in-store stock.

Nice to find a Dicks in Las Cruces. We were sad when they moved from El Paso. We stopped to pick up soccer things for grandkids. Very close to other places you might want to shop at too.
