All the employees I’ve interacted with have been friendly, helpful, and very competent. In front of me in line, was a woman who thought she dropped some cash in the store and the employee who interacted with her was caring and took down her info and took a picture of something related to dropping the cash.

Target employees don't stock those Pokemon, magic and similar cards vendor issue. Don't take your issues up with them and leave a poor review. Coming from a former employee.

This is my favorite box store in Las Cruces. I prefer to shop locally-owned stores, but Target is my second choice. The store is clean, the aisles are wide, the employees are very helpful when I can’t find an item, and self-checkout is easy and fast. I love this store!

I love the drive up service. They are super fast and have great quality products.

Great customer service. I had bought socks with no tag. The associate found it by taking picture and got me out of there without having to run back to find one with a tag.

My local (Las Cruces) Target has the most friendly, helpful employees of any large, retail store I"ve been. I get help often without even asking...they offer! Using the Red card, means the fastest, easiest returns anywhere. And I save money. Great prices, clean, attractive, uncrowded shopping experience. The fastest, easiest pickup orders in town. That's why i get so many essentials there. Really grateful for Target :)

The employees all had face masks on, all were nice, I was able to get everything I wanted, and I liked the guy at the front wiping the handles of the carts off. Very pleasant experience. There was one employee walking around without a mask who came out of the employee area, a tall blond man. That was uncool but otherwise, everyone respected the customers by wearing masks and following procedures.

Good location. Great concessions- popcorn always seems fresh which is important for my kids. Dollar section is ok, could be bigger. Customer service is actually really good so far. Willing to listen to issue and fix any issues. The store has a decent grocery section compared to similar size stores in other towns.

Drive up service is very convenient because there are times I might not be able to come into the store. I truly appreciate this service. I have always had courteous friendly customer service in all areas of the store.

Curbside pickup is excellent! My order is always ready super fast and hardly any wait time once I arrive. Once they forgot an item, but refunded it no questions asked.
