Iceberg Drive Inn - Syracuse

Stopped for shakes after playing at Rush. Wow the shakes and food are larger than life!!!! For reference we got a kids size and a mini! Both are ginormous! We also tried zucchini fries which were yummy! They gave us at least 2 full zucchini. Each “fry” was a quarter of a zucchini. The chili chess’s fries are also delish! Definitely a great spot to split a shake and a fried treat. 5 of us shared everything and had leftovers!

The food never disappoints, this was my husband's first time eating here and he was surprised how big the onion rings were. My son was happy they had fish sticks on the menu. The shakes are exactly how I remembered them. The service was great, didn't wait too long to recieve our order. When I am in the area I will stop by again.

Too many teenagers in my opinion, but they were very helpful and understanding. The owner/operator was amazing, and very patient with my large order. Highly recommend this store, I will be going back again guaranteed.

I just have to leave this review because every time I come, it’s always 5 minutes to close (after the kids are asleep of course) to get some ice cream. Not once, ever, have they ever complained about being so close to closing. Rare these days.

We went on a Friday night within an hour of closing, service was amazing! All employees were very helpful and quick to get the food out. Shakes, zucchini, and fries are all delicious, left satisfied!

Ordered a burger and chicken sandwich, both were delicious. Takes a minute to get food but it's worth it because it is hot and fresh. Yummy fries!

I came this morning, and the lady at the drive-through was lovely and provided excellent service. The food is fantastic; I highly recommend this place.

Tasty Cheese Burger and Fries with wonderful fries sauce. I like the coated French Fries. They are really crisp like I like them. Black Raspberry Banana Malt is the Best. Place is easy to see from the street with plenty of good parking. Friendly Staff with Covid precautions taken. Super clean restrooms.

Onion rings as big as your hand! Delicious!! AANNNDDD they did not shew me off of their outdoor tables like at Chick-fil-A in Layton!!!

We are a family of four and did a walk-in. The food was really good. The staff was nice. They helped my daughter feel more comfortable because she has a nut allergy. They explain to her what they do use with nuts and how they do it and she felt good enough that she could eat there. The atmosphere is very nice. Some cool information about the local community. If you like these old school diner type atmosphere. This is for you. I had the chili dog and it was a real footlong dog. My family and I will be back.

The shakes here were delicious. I would caution you though, the regular size is really big so get a smaller size unless you are sharing or want a ton of ice cream. The environment was great, it was pretty quiet but we could still talk freely which was nice.

Don't usually go here for food. But, the icecream, that is a different story!! We are there a few times a month, between 2 - 5 for happy hour. Icecream cones are half price! 😋

This place has SUCH GREAT FOOD! Seriously, you can get so much for a great price. I highly recommend the kids meal, even as an adult it comes with a lot of food and awesome options. Just a side note: "mini" shakes are deceptively large. I have never finished one in one sitting. The kids size shake is just the right amount for me, and they have a large variety of delicious flavors. The wait for food can be a little long on occasion, but in my opinion, it is worth the wait. Iceberg provides a unique, almost homemade, taste and friendly customer service. 5/5 my favorite fast food restaurant.

Really awesome. The shake sizes are massive. A 'mini' takes me a few days to finish because I can never eat the whole thing in one sitting. I really love the fries here too. They are thicker cut, but super crispy. Burgers are good too. The people working here are always super nice and I usually don't wait too long to get my food.

There was a period of time a couple years ago when the hamburgers were not so good but I can see they have made changes and improvements! The burgers were delicious and as always the shakes are the best!! We have been visiting Iceberg for shakes for over 30 years!

The loaded tots were amazing and the “mini” milkshake was huge!! Great value.

I've only been there for the Iceberg mini shake (which is pretty big). But, they are the closest to Jake's Over the top as I have seen so far. It's become our place to go for a cold treat!
