I'm so very grateful for Anita in bakery!! I didn't know how to order a cake and flowers from out of state. She didn't either but joyfully went and found the answers that I needed. She helped a momma celebrate her daughters birthday from miles away. Thank you!!!

My wife had a prescription transferred from another location to here. The system glitched some how just before closing. With a quick phone call to verify the home pharmacist, they filled it on the spot. Thank you so very much.

Good store, pick-up is easy to use and they're even willing to make reasonable substitutes at pick up should a customer accidently make an error inputting their online order.

Not a complaint but more a suggestion to have more short and small carts, those are fun to use and take up less space in the aisles. : )

Huge shout out to Smiths bakery in Layton! They made my little boys ninja turtle birthday awesome with some killer pizza cakes! So great! The smaller round is cake and the bigger round a cookie cake!

We got our $100 in free groceries and we also saved additional $43.50 using coupons too! We spent a total of $130.86 on groceries! And we also saved on gasoline too! $0.75 off per gallon of regular price $2.27 of 31 gallons which came to $1.52 per gallon total savings!!

Smith's used to be my go-to grocery store before I moved across town. When I was a single mom, I'd go shopping every Sunday with my girls. The employees were always so nice. Sometimes they'd give my kids stickers or candy when we were checking out. One time my youngest was screaming and throwing a fit and one of the employees offered to help me. She saved my cart full of groceries while I took my youngest outside to calm down. I loved the atmosphere and the employees...and I could always find what I needed. Also, the Smith's coupons and fuel points helped me out tremendously.

Now I live across town and only stop by the smith's once in a blue moon. They have done some major remodeling and I really like it. They've swapped the floral area and Starbucks and it seems a lot more open now.

Every time I stop by here, I can still find everything I need and more. The produce is really fresh and I love all the options. Yesterday we stopped by for stocking stuffers and they didn't disappoint.

This store is clean and organized. They seem well staffed compared to many businesses right now. I love that they have a Starbucks inside that's also well staffed and their drinks are delicious!

Love this store. The employees are wonderful, the products are great, and they have great features and a good pharmacy. I love clicklist- just order your groceries online and when you show up they bring it out to your car. Anyone with a 2 year old can appreciate why this has saved my life. Love it!

Nice, helpful staff that helped me order exactly what I needed for a large party. Great quality product. Ready when I was to pick it up. Hearty amount of food (sandwich platters and condiment platters) that everyone loved. I will definitely order again.

I love this store! Well second to Albertsons but they're aren't any more of them in Utah so Smith's is my fav! They always well stocked and clean. The prices are good for the area. The clerks are always helpful and knowledgeable, and the store director is kind and a hard worker!

I love the Smith's! I've come to know and love many of the staff. Always friendly and knowledgeable. And if they don't know they will find out. You can even make requests for new items to be stocked. They have a nice selection of gluten-free product and organic products.

I just want to say how sweet diane was she was amazing!! She definitely deserves a raise. The gal at the deli(she had yellow hair) on the other hand i asked for some cheese and the block didnt fit and she grabbed the cheese and slammed it down in the table. Dont take your frustrations out infront of your customer's.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I require help getting to my car and loading my purchases. The young baggers are always willing and pleasant about it , unlike some other stores. I know Smith's provides a computer shopping service. However I still enjoy the personal interaction ESPECIALLY with such pleasant staff

I would absolutely travel to go to the store that is always clean no matter what time of day it is. I live very close to Wal-Mart family market and I have had the worst customer service the last 1 1/2 months. Hardly anyone willing to man the registers. I will stick with what I know and love . Thanks Smith's. Keep up the good work.

Wish they had more gluten free options in the bakery such as pies, and cakes. Tony the manager is personable and I like it when I go there and he's working; nice guy. The store is always clean!

I was SO glad they were open 24 hrs a day...as I went shopping at 2:30 a.m.! It was very quiet and seemed like the only thing around were the guys laying all the restocking supplies out, and the floor waxer. When I couldn't find one of the things I needed, I just asked one of the guys and he was a big help! Self checkout was great, and another guy helped me there when I had a question. Perfect!!
