Burger Stop

If you are looking for a satisfying and delicious burger, look no further than Burger Stop in Layton. Their burgers are made with fresh and locally sourced ingredients, and the meat is juicy and flavorful. I ordered "The Spare Tire", a huge burger with cheese, bacon and topped with an egg. It was one of the best burgers I have ever had. The buns were soft and fresh, and the fries were crisp and slightly seasoned with salt. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the service was fast. I heard about this place from a coworker, and I'm glad I took her advice. This place is legit, and I will definitely go back to try the Deuce challenge.

I tried the Bacon Cheeseburger and my husband had the Pastrami Burger. We ended up sharing and we both enjoyed both sandwiches, though the pastrami really hit the spot! All the sandwiches on the menu looked so good too, but decided to stick with burgers for today.

As we waited, (which wasn't long!) we enjoyed our very yummy and very creamy raspberry cheesecake shake! SO GOOD!

Our kids had the cheeseburger and grilled cheese kids meals and enjoyed their sides of crispy fries and their favorite, Sprite.

We've lived north of Layton for almost seven years now and I'd always wanted to drop by. So glad we took the time and chance to this last Friday to celebrate the start of a new school year.

PS. Super fun thing is this gumball machine in the front. If you happen to get an orange gumball, you get a free ice cream cone. We didn't have any quarters on us, but what fun is that?!

My husband has an extreme dairy allergy they worked great to ensure he didn’t have a reaction and that his food is safe. Food came out hot and fresh best experience in a long time

This is a very nostalgic place to eat for me. My family and I went just a few days back and it still hasn’t lost its vintage charm, classic music, and amazing food. we were very pleased with the cleanliness and atmosphere. The staff was easy to work with and understand and got our food quickly out to us.

This was our first time eating here and we were very impressed with the flavor of the food. My husband has been wanting to do the Deuce challenge. He succeeded and we now have a shirt to prove it. We were able to meet one of the owners (Karen) and I loved that she sat down and chatted with us. Great customer service is my favorite thing about any business and she is spot on. I've already told friends and family to check them out. We will be going back to visit soon. Keep up the good work guys.

Team Dean loves Burger Stop 🍔, we have been coming here for years. Our favorite menu item are the awesome breakfast burritos 🌯. Every item on the menu is fantastic & made with love. The service we receive from the awesome staff is always incredible. Sherrel, the manager, is amazing and always gives us fantastic service. Burger Stop has a awesome 1950s vibe, always clean & friendly. If you have never been to Burger Stop, you have to get there now and try the delicousness!

Great restaurant the fries are some of the best I've ever had, and the burgers good as well. Service is quick, but listen to be called for your food because the PA system isn't super loud. Great all around through. Almost definitely will go again in the near future.

BEST TURKEY SANDWICH IVE EVER HAD!!! I heard about this place and decided to give it a try. I tried the Salt Lake Location in Patrick’s Pub downtown. The Turkey bacon avocado Sandwich is amazing And the fries are awesome in the Burnout sauce!!! My friends loved the burgers too! The milkshakes were so delicious!! This family- owned business is a must visit! The owners are so kind and welcoming! Great service! Will definitely be visiting again!!

The food is delicious. Pancakes and flat tire burrito are good. The big block breakfast burger (served all day) is so good! Sconces with whipped honey butter always hit the spot

I hadn’t been to Burger Stop in years. They were selling a shamrock shake (which sounded delicious) so my 7-year-old and I decided to stop by and grab some lunch.

We stopped by on a Sunday around 3:00 and it was very quiet and empty. We went right up to the counter and placed our order. They took my name and then I let my daughter choose where to sit. She picked one of the glittery red booths in the back. Right after we sat down, an employee brought us out our shakes (so fast)! My daughter gave the shake two thumbs up!

Not long after, they brought out our food. I was expecting my chicken club sandwich to be on the smaller side, but I was pleasantly surprised when they brought it out on a hoagie roll! I devoured 3/4 of it and took the rest home. My daughter enjoyed her chicken nuggets and she helped me polish off the tater tots.

The food was absolutely delicious and the environment was fantastic! We enjoyed the decorations, watched a little football, and my daughter even danced to the music. We had a great mother daughter day and I’m glad we choose to eat at Burger Stop.

2 Biscuits 🍪 and sausage gravy comes with hash browns $6.29 plus tax and definitely order the pancake 🥞 and finish with a scone 😋. Why wait at Sill's the food is just as good nextdoor. Come on over. Every time I want to go to Sill's it's packed I don't understand why everyone waits when the food is awesome 😎❤😁 at Burger Stop. Amazing car shows and I get to come and pretend I'm just like Fonzy Ahh. Sincerely scorpion 🦂 king 👑 and number one inspector says welcome enjoy. My favorite is peppermint shake and salted caramel. There Great Heart ❤ award given.

One off the best vintage places I've been too in a while, I love coming here with family and friends its more on the pricy side, but definitely worth it. Although my only complaint is the when I went the service was a bit slow.

If you’re looking for delicious shakes, juicy burgers, sandwiches, sweet potato fries, go to Burger Stop! This 50’s themed diner has a wide array of menu items including a child’s menu. Very family oriented, great service and worth the wait. This restaurant has always been clean when I’ve visited through out the years. Every summer, Burger Stop has car shows that are free to attend.

I’ve been eating here since I was just a young boy in the late 1900s (90s). My family and I love the food and the memories. Highly recommended.

Never been brave enough to try the Deuce, but this is one of my favorite lunch spots. Their new burnout sauce is amazing and their tenders have always been hard to beat. I need to go in earlier to try the breakfast one of these days.

Took one of my kids here after Salt Con and they said it was the best burger they have ever had. I don't know if it's the best for me, but it was pretty darn good.

By far, my favorite hamburger 🍔 in Northern Utah. The burger comes with fries and is large enough to be shared with another person (I don't recommend sharing).
"Joey doesn't share food." it's that good. The bun is crazy soft, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and special sauce. Plus, you can choose the protein, cow 🐄, Buffalo 🐃 or various other game meats 🍖. Great for a date night, or if you're passing through on I-15.

Not sure what happened to my other review that I posted on here but good music good food not much else you could ever want with a burger stop or burger place.

While it does take two 2nd comings to get your food, the service is excellent and the food......Omg absolutely amazing. That's why I keep coming back regardless of the wait. 9/10
