Los Arboles Mobile Village

Now that the road is paved- I have nothing to complain about.

Just like any trailer park there are awesome people and some not so awesome.

Luckily, the neighbors I had were not anything to complain about.

Management has a very difficult job but seem to handle the not so nice tenants in timely fashion.

Was able to do a ton of church outreaches there as it’s a bit of a hardened area. Many times I was late on rent but communication was everything. Park manager met us always unless we were in the wrong. Thankful for the 5 years we lived there until we sold our mobile home. Now at another location (same management which is great because she’s pretty great herself)

Pretty sad that when people don’t want to abide by the rules of the park they live in, that they get their knickers in a bunch when they are evicted. Shame that they make the rest of the people who actually work and pay their bills look like the problem. The manager at this site is very understanding but will not tolerate bs from anyone! As it should be!!!

I know the mobile home park is a little rough but the manger is doing a dam good job getting all the drug addicts out and I'm sure she doesn't like kicking people out of there home but if you don't pay you have to go and she is a dam good manger!

It has been fixed nice,from the way it was holes and dirt to pavement.made a difference.

It all good place to start a family the neighbors are friendly
