I had an appointment today. I am very satisfied with the management, staff, and physicians. I especially enjoy Dr.Brooks. She has taken time for me and really helped throughout my medical needs. Keep up the good work!

They took very good care of me, the provider and nurses were very nice, and I didn't have to wait long. Plus, they always have good movies playing in the waiting room. Still a nice atmosphere just as the old location.

The only reason we were hooked into this 'group' was due to Dr. LaFon's retirement. We made the best of it with her replacement. Mathew Bezzant, who was a PA. Mathew had both myself and my husband on a regular schedule for our medications and we liked his bedside manner. He listened to us. Suddenly, he was no longer employed there.

And now due to the "care" of a Nurse Practitioner who actually verbalized to me during my appointment that she was more concerned with liability than with my concerns, our medications schedules are disrupted. She would only give me one month of my medication to give me 'time' to get the tests done she thought I needed to have whether I wanted to have them done or not. I voiced my resistance, she made it clear she would not renew my prescription and she knew I was out.

My husband had bloodwork done less than six months ago for his medication which in the past he received an annual prescription. But, they want him to "be seen" first in addition to his lab results in order to receive his prescription.

Our pharmacy sent multiple requests for both of us for our prescriptions and never received a response back from this office. Both of us at one point ran out of medication. That's never happened to us over the past 16 years in four different states!

So, that's New Mexico "healthcare"? Is that Mt. View policy? Patient has no choice but to obey orders? Holding medications hostage for semi-annual visits that used to be annual or every other year? Quite a money generator for Mt. View.

So, as I type this we are just finishing our paperwork for our new Primary Care physician who is NOT in a Mt. View 'group', who is actually an MD, wants to know us and how WE feel about our own healthcare and believes our healthcare is our choice. Novel idea!

Sometimes these health networks can just get too big to care. Patients are numbers and $ generators. Sad that's happened here in Las Cruces. So sad. If you can find another actual doctor who is taking patients I would suggest you do that, instead of this place.

The receptionist was a little disrespectful and had no customer service. The doctor is going on vacation for the second time in three months, my fiancé has been trying to be seen for three months now and every time they have to schedule so far out and we arrived 3 minutes late due to traffic and getting off work and the doctor refused to see us and said to reschedule but yet again just like a couple months ago she is going on vacation and cannot schedule for over a month. Horrible service!

On Sunday the 4th about 9am I took my wife to the north main office
She hurt her leg and side
After a few hours they were talking about letting her go home
She had to go to the bathroom so they put her on a bed side toilet and told her to stay on it awhile so that they could eat their lunch as this was going on I went home to get my wife a change of clothes
I had to help my wife up then my wanted back in the bed so the nurse got the security guard that had no medical training to help her
What do you see wrong with this kind of care
Just to let everyone know that this is how they treat the wife of a military veteran

Made an appointment for 11:45. Arrived early and waited until 12:45 (an hour after my appointment time). They still could not tell me when I would be seen so I had to leave as I had to be back to work.
