The worker in drive thru was the nicest person I have met! She was very polite and helpful! I did not catch her name but she is an outstanding employee and person!

I ordered something from cvs.com. I received the wrong item. The number on the paperwork did not get me to the right person. I went into the store and Sarah who turned out to be the manager was VERY helpful. She put me in touch with Toshia on the phone. She also went above and beyond to help me. They got everything fixed and solved the problem.

I have to give credit where credit is due. I have attempted this same process on 3 separate occasions without success because they kept insisting it had to go through my insurance and they were not able to get the coupon to work. I even had the coupon company on the phone at the window. I reluctantly tried calling in rectifying a cost problem trying to use a coupon vs. my health insurance (worrhless) to get costs down on a monthly prescription. She said her name was Suzy and she was part time, but she would do her best to help me even though she was not familiar with the generic cost with the coupon. When we were disconnected, she tried calling me back immediately. She even went over and beyond by downloading the information herself and placing it in their system. She even went further on checking if a larger quantity would be covered with a lower rate and let me know it was in stock and it would be filled by the end of the day. Best Experience in 8 years.

HI! I WORK HERE! I've noticed a bunch of complaints and I'd like to ease your mind a bit. To start we actually don't get very many hours only just enough to cover each position and employee. We are the busiest pharmacy in Gainesville and the busiest in our district since there aren't any CVS' nearby. I'm sorry if anyone had to wait in one of our three lines, three drive-thrus, or on their one phone. We really do try and each of these ladies are in here every day. Like every one they are only trying to provide for their families and are doing the best with what they're given. Hope you understand. :)

Went here today for a free coronavirus test. The lady who helped me was super nice and helpful. The line wasn't too long of a wait, maybe 20 minutes.
