Hampton Inn & Suites Gainesville

I’m so glad I didn’t take heed to the bad reviews. I’m a Hilton Honors member and I love staying in Hilton hotels when I’m traveling. First of all, I love self check in with the digital key. It saves me time and the staff time really because I know many places are short staffed. The staff was very friendly. I don’t know them all by name but the female attendant that wears glasses with reddish blonde hair was very friendly and always had a smile on her face and spoke everytime we came through the lobby. Rooms were clean and the bathrooms have big bottles of hygiene items attached to the shower as well as a big bottle of lotion attached to the wall by the sink. There’s a Cracker Barrel next door but nothing else. I was expecting more options being there’s a hotel nearby. Also my card was hacked while I was staying there and someone used it to buy games so be careful. Luckily I have a great bank and I was able to dispute and get it back. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

We enjoyed our two night stay. The staff were very friendly. Our room was recently remodeled and clean. The hotel is immediately next door to a restaurant and a couple minute drive from a few others. We would stay here again if in town.

Our stay was wonderful at the Hampton Inn- Gainesville. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
The room was very clean, updated and cozy atmosphere.
We had to stay overnight due to the heat headed back home to West Texas.
The breakfast was very good, area was clean and everything you would need for a healthy breakfast dining in or to go.
We definitely enjoy staying with The Hampton Inn of Hilton franchise.
Our only issue was the parking space. My husband and I were pulling a travel trailer and there basically wasn’t enough parking room for that situation.
We had to speak with the overnight host, asking if we could park along the green side of the curb allowing the other guests to get out. The host was perfectly fine with that, but we did leave our contact information at the desk just in case we had to move.

People friendly and the rooms and bathrooms are beautiful. Breakfast were great and you can get coffee all day.

Came for my Birthday 🥳 Awesome 🤩 inside the room updated recently … the carpet in the hallway 👎not so much …definitely needs updating sooner than later. Breakfast 🍳 is usually fantastic but we got down there a little later around 9:30 🕤 they were out of the regular waffle 🧇 mix. All they had was strawberry 🍓 and barely had any omelets left but the maple 🍁 sausage was really good. Coffee ☕ is always awesome 🤩 and extremely hot 🥵… All in all wonderful stay … Comfy beds 🛌 too !!!

Great place to stay! The staff was very kind and helpful. They were very accommodating for our stay. The room was very nice the only issue I had was with the shower. I found the shower floor to be very slick (compared to a regular shower floor) and had to stand on a towel to get traction. Tried wiping the shower floor before having to stand on the towel, wiping did not help. But overall a very nice place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton. Brenda at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again!

The hotel went way above and beyond accommodating us! We came to see a show at the Winstar and unfortunately the artist canceled last minute due to illness. Being concert noobs we got to the hotel, checked in, and went to the Winstar before finding out it wasn't happening. Not only did they help us out, they didn't charge us for the night and transferred our stay to the rescheduled concert date. That may not sound like much, but they helped us out after 5pm and saved my wife's anniversary weekend. 100% will book Hampton Inn in the future!

Mrs. Rhonda and Mrs. Brenda at the front desk was absolutely amazing. They went out of their way not to make sure our stay was great. I highly recommend the Hampton Inn in Gainesville Tx and you will not be disappointed with Mrs. Rhonda or Mrs. Brenda. I highly recommend this hotel and will certainly be back. Thank you so much.

We planned a last minute trip and Brenda was absolutely amazing! From helping us settle in to making sure we were well taken care off. Brenda you are an amazing person, and our trip became that much more amazing! Thank you thank you thank you!

From calling to reserve the room to checking out everything was amazing. The lady I talked to when reserving the room was extremely helpful. Wish I could recall her name, but she was very friendly and helpful, as was all the staff I encountered. The housekeeping staff was amazing and very helpful as well. The rooms were very clean with a lot of attention to detail. The beds were very comfortable for those of us that prefer a softer bed without being to soft. I have zero complaints about my stay. Best hotel I've stayed in.

Rooms are clean and updated. Staff was friendly and efficient. They need to replace hallway carpet. It's old and stained.

Brenda works the front desk, she was very nice. She was able to get us more pillows for our awesome suite on the 1st floor with a bathtub. Breakfast was good, closes @ 9am sharp.

Hampton Inn & Suites is one of our favorite brands by Hilton. We love the free breakfast. We also love that they have coffee and hot tea all day and night. This trip was just as good as expected! My daughter loves hot tea before bed. We would come in each evening about 10 pm and they would have hot water for her mint tea that they offer complimentary. Once the front desk lovely lady noticed that my adult daughter drank tea each night, she was so kind to make sure that hot water was fresh and hot each night around 10 pm. Thank you so much to the great staff that went out of their way to make our stay extra special for 4 nights! We will definitely be staying there again!

We stayed here for a family reunion, and from the first time I called to leaving this morning, the staff were so helpful and kind. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was plentiful and hot, even though we were late coming down. A great place to stay.

Rooms are super comfy, clean, clean clean and affordable. The breakfast was good and they offer a to go bag. Pets are welcome . Had a wonderful welcome from Daniela Graciela would definitely come back again if I was in this part of town

This was our first time staying here and definitely recommend this hotel. The staff was amazing and attentive to our needs and questions. The room was clean and spacious. The complementary breakfast was delicious and they had a variety of things to choose from. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning.

1st time at the hotel. Great place! The hotel is right behind a Cracker Barrel and a stone's throw from Liberty Crossing. I was greeted warmly at arrival and thanked for being a Silver Hilton Rewards member and given 2 cold bottles of cold water.

Comfy beds and the room had a microwave and mini fridge! My hubby loves cold rooms, and he was not disappointed. This room had a weird stain on the seat by the TV, but it's small and you really have to be picky to be upset about it.

Breakfast was good (hubs gave me a sad face about the bisquits). Thumbs up on the gravy, though. Coffee is amazing!

Totally relaxing stay. No problems, no issues.
