Big Lots

Really clean store with a really good collection. The only complaint I would have is that it was about 80° in there and it was 96 outside, so I didn’t want to hang out too long and Shoppe, I just wanted to leave and get in my air condition vehicle. Otherwise, this is an amazing Shoppe.

The store was extremely clean and well organized. The employees were helpful. There were numerous employees on the floor and they were happy to answer questions and would even just say hi if they were in the same aisle as you. The prices as excellent and they have a wide variety of items and price points to choose from. I'll be honest, it had been several years since I had been into Big Lots. My last visit, a different location, was less than satisfactory. I can say this, if all Big Lots were managed as well as this Big Lots, I would have been going, regularly. Now I know what a hidden gem this location is, I will absolutely be back, soon!

Right on the money with this store. Went in Wed and my item was not in stock. They told me it would be in today. It was and they loaded it and I got my 10% discount for being a member

The way I was treated by manager Redonda was just awesome! Redonda, you are an amazing person and I appreciate you and your care!!! Also, Dorcas, the cashier was very cooperative and helpful! Keep up the good work!!!!

We ran in to pick up a few last minute things for a meeting and the lady working was so helpful and showed me where everything was. She was working on putting out freight but unlike most people these days she didn't hesitate to stop to help me and the few other shoppers. I wish I could remember her name.

Even though I got there just as they were locking the front door to close for the day, they allowed me to come in and make a purchase. Super kind people extremely thoughtful.

Big lots is a great discount store. Employees are always friendly and helpful.
