Lone Star Food Store/Valero

I've been going to this store on 82 in Gainesville & the one on 1417 in Sherman for a long time....most all the people have been as kind as you could hope for at a store....I've notice over the yrs that no one seem to stay at these jobs very long.... Over the past month I've stopped at the Gainesville store I've talked to a woman there that's always been nice....this time I ask her what was wrong..? She told me that she almost didn't come to work today because she was having to do the other women's work that they had left for her...she works the last shift and closes and gets the store ready to open the next day.... After listening to her I told her to tell her boss what she just said to me about the other women not doing their jobs and expecting her to clean up after them... I also told her that she should be those other women's....Boss...I don't know what these jobs pay but you would be wise to give this woman a chance at doing that...I know she would do a Good and Responsible job for you. I say this not because I know her except for stopping there on the way home... And because I've had people work for me...both Good and Bad... I think her name is Kate. I don't want her to know I've given her a good review....But she would make you a Great store manager... Thank you

This is the only gas station in Gainesville I will stop in anymore. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and intelligent. The store is clean. THEY ALWAYS WEAR THEIR MASKS. Multiple times, I have went in and seen different employees all wearing their masks, its so refreshing to see in Gainesville.

Michelle is the best employee and very friendly.

Cashier was very rude. Didn't say a word to me the whole time I was in the store. Not a hi, welcome, how are you today. Won't be going back to that store.
