They didn't have what I wanted in stock so Jason called other dealerships & had one delivered, sent a driver for me and had sales documents ready - all in less than 24 hrs! Great Service Department. Took my car in right away for a walk in oil and filter change. They did a great job. Was back on road within 35 minutes. I can highly recommend Glenn Polk Ford in Gainesville, TX. Service guy showed me some new Mustangs while I was waiting.

I needed to buy a vehicle, called, and was transferred to a great guy who asked what I wanted, he sent pics and gave me a great price about 30 minutes later over the phone! Negotiation took about 5 minutes. Came in and filled out paperwork in about 15 minutes and salesman aided in getting car app set up and the process was done! Would buy from these guys again in a heartbeat!!!

Harry our salesman was referred to us from a friend. We contacted him on a Sunday, and the next business day we were driving our new SUV, which he delivered to my work! He explained all the cars features, collected all necessary paperwork and left me with the keys. Couldn't be happier!

I called them on a Friday morning as I was coming through Gainesville because the rear passenger window on my F150 wouldn't roll up. They told me to come by and they would do what they could. I was immediately met by Brittany and about 30 minutes later they had me on the road. They weren't able to fix the problem as they didn't have the window motor but they were able to secure the glass so I didn't have to drive with the window down. I was very impressed with their service, friendliness and willing to help at a moments notice. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly, concerned about my experience and helpful!! We live in Northlake, TX but I'll definitely be doing more business with them even though we're 40 minutes South. Thank you!!

While traveling through Gainesville from Arizona, our F350 blew a turbo hose about a mile from the dealership.
We drove into their lot and customer service quickly installed another hose and we were back on the road in 30 minutes!

Not sure her name, but the female that runs the service department is worth her weight in gold. She is kind, extremely knowledgeable, and always treats me like I’m part of the family every time I come for service. I drive an hour one way to get my oil changed. I’m never upsold, just what I need for my super duty and that’s it. I will never will go anywhere else. Been using Glenn Polk for purchase and service for 3 years plus and I have zero complaints.
