La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Gainesville

This hotel was awesome. So quiet, very clean and had a great breakfast! They were working so hard at keeping it clean and going and we slept so great in the beds. Thank you for the nice service and cleanliness! I’ve stayed at many hotels and this one is by far one of the nicest I’ve stayed in. Thanks!

This hotel was a great deal compared to staying at Winstar itself. The cost was several hundred less per night, which allowed for more gambling!! Our room was actually a very decent size. It included a foldout couch that had its own TV. The breakfast needed bacon (just my opinion 😍🥓🥓), but it was otherwise well provisioned. The pool was heated and clean, and the hot tub more than lived up to its name!

It was great- staff members were great !! The rooms were very clean - comfortable beds and pillows — Felt so much like home !!!

We had to make an unexpected trip to Texas and unfortunately had to take our little pug with us, which we rarely travel with if we are needing to stay in a hotel. $25 for the pet fee is very reasonable. We got a king room, which turned out to be like suite. Friendly staff and a free hot breakfast!

Room had everything we asked for. Hotel was clean and quiet.

Staff was great. Rooms were big and comfy. Bathroom was big and handrails, extra towels. Had a refigerator, microwave, ironing board and iron. Loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi. There was an issue with some teenagers. It was reported and immediately taken care. The free big breakfast buffet was very good. We will start using LaQuinta if we get the same as above at other locations
Sheraton and Hilton Hotels you need to take note of what LaQuinta offers and not charge for parking, $2.00 for a bottle of water(when it comes out to $.14 a bottle approximately and a case of 40 bottles at Sam's Club is $5.48) and up to $20.00 for your breakfast buffet. Such a shame!!!

Great place to rest and get a free hot breakfast! This is a very popular hotel. The room was clean and everything was in good working order. Despite so many families being there (Thanksgiving 2022), my room was quiet at night. I will stay here again.

We enjoy staying here because the staff is friendly. The breakfast options are plenty. Well stocked. And kept clean. Beds are comfortable. There is an Applebee's just next door so lunch and/or dinner is covered. It's open to 2 am. So convenient if you're traveling and get in late. Just walk right over. No more driving. They have to go also. The hotel is pet friendly but doesn't smell like it when you walk in.

Nice, clean, quiet rooms! The bed was very comfortable and there were a variety of pillows to pick from on the bed. I got this room at the last minute and came in at 11:00 pm. It was clean and ready to go. The breakfast was delicious, and I really appreciated the meatless options for a Lenten Friday! The potato, egg, & cheese burritos were delicious.

I’ve always liked LaQuinta motels but they’ve priced themselves out of my budget the last few years. However, this LaQuinta in Gainesville met my price requirements (with a AAA discount) so we stayed there one night traveling through north Texas. It was a really nice place and a really nice room with a comfortable bed, good internet, a desk and cushioned chair. The bathroom was larger than normal, though the sink vanity was a little small. The refrigerator was also a little larger than normal.

Nice clean room. Good hot breakfast. Only negative is no USB ports to charge devices. I carry a plug-in outlet with USB ports in case I run into this situation.

Is a Great place to stay I would deffinilty stay there it felt like home I give it 5 stars

They went above and beyond my transmission went out in my semi and needed a room and u had my dog it was 106 that day and they took care of me and my dog great people and great service

These rooms are spacious and very reasonably priced! And the girls at the front desk are so helpful anything you need. They have a nice pool indoor and heated hot tub and a large selection at the snack bar which is nice. And housekeeping is super and gets you anything that you need! I will always stay there when going through Gainesville Texas.

Good value, attentive staff, breakfast is better than most hotels. Clean, not much to complain about except took awhile to get connected to wifi. Stayed here twice, will keep coming back.

We decided to take a little vacation to get away and we stayed at La Quinta and it was a lot more than I expected from my esperiences at various hotels. Housekeeping was AWESOME! Super friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and the continental breakfast had a lot of options. If your in this area I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great Customer Service, Clean, Quiet, Pet Friendly with no hidden fees! Nice field area to walk/run dogs. Breakfast had good options, that the kids also enjoyed. We stayed twice, once headed down to Galveston Island and once on the way home. We will be back!!
