He cares about his name, work ethic and most importantly you as a client. Mr. Oney challenged the court on two felony cases for me and I walked away a free man. He's also better than any attorney I've ever seen on following up with you and keeping you informed. He has saved me years of my life. I will be hiring him for a child custody case soon. She is doing everything we asked for in our divorce, but dang they say they open at nine it's 9:15 and no one is here. Maybe they are claiming bad weather, but it ain't that bad. Five stars as a lawyer, one on punctuality.

A very unfortunate mistake of hiring Lynn Switzer. she did not defend me as she stated she would, she didn't submit evidence on my behalf that would have won my case, Didn't answer calls most of the time, non responsive to many emails, totally sat there and did nothing to defend me. Let my ex husband look like a Saint even after he assaulted me and did nothing to prove he was a cheater and liar not who she was when I hired her.

This attorney has no empathy towards those who have lost loved ones. Instead, she treats them like common criminals and serves them with citations if they do not do exactly as she wants. I waived my rights to my Mother's estate via email to this attorney. However, she insists on spending what little money is claimed in my Mother's estate on serving me a citation knowing I have told her and all interested parties that I do not want anything from my Mother's estate. I asked to be left alone so I can grieve my Mother's passing in peace. She ignored my request. Very cold, unprofessional and unempathetic attorney.

I would not recommend this evil evil Lawyer unless you want your kids taken away from thier mother. My 15 yr. daughter chose to live with her mother but Lynn Switzer got these lieing witness in court against me. They use to be my friends too. I did alot for them yet they lied lied in front of the Judge. All for money from my ex. She even set up with 1 day a week supervised visitation with only 3 unavailable supervisors. I've only seen my daughter 4 times in 2 years all because of this evil lawyer. Our daughter was forced to back & live with her alcoholic/abuser father. Lynn put ideas in his head how to get back at me for filing the divorce. And my daughter told me today that her Dad is still abusing her. What is this world coming too? Lord Help Us all...........
