Love the pharmacy. With 5 refills, you get 20%off your groceries. I love that they pre-fill my prescriptions. Produce is fresh. Bakery has a large selection. Meat department always looks appealing.

Best produce. Butcher, deli and bakery counters are amazing. Checkout staff and customer service desk are very helpful. Only interaction with the pharmacy was to get a vaccine but they were friendly and helpful too. 10/10 across the board. I've never had a bad experience there!

A great place to shop for an outsider from out of town. Prices are a little more than what I'm used to, but it was very convenient, employee saw me standing in line waiting to be checked out, and offered to open another line to get us customers out the door quicker. The produce section was my favorite.

Always clean, well stocked and organized. Knowledgeable employees, who can find anything in the store. Deli is always perfect. The Triple chocolate mousse cake from the bakery is to die for.
They definitely have the best Pharmacy Staff!!!

I have always liked this store, very friendly, and has everything you need or want in a local grocery store. What set this one apart is the butcher shop, flower shop and I love that they have total meal you can pick up take home and cook! Great place to shop!

I went to the Gainesville store to purchase WIC items for my daughter that wasn't able to come as her baby is in the NICU and she is with her. Rachel, Laura, and Michelle went above and beyond to help me. It was quite a deal and they were gracious and very supportive. Not the kind of service I would have gotten at the bigger stores....i.e. walmart). I am beyond grateful and so glad I chose to go there. They were so kind!

Love the service i get at Tom Thumb. Cashiers are really helpful and cheerful. Not wild about the prescription refill service. Go there nearly daily. Selection is expanding. Self checkout generally speeds things up. Variety has gotten better.

Great place to to go when fresh ingredients are needed. Everyone is friendly and very helpfull.

Love that it has Starbucks inside. Courteous cashiers, variety of fresh delicious foods. Meet and Dairy are very reasonable. They have excellent sales, weekly, and a virtual club card, that has amazing discounts.Clean inside and out in parking lot best time to go is early in the a.m.

Tom Thumb is always my one stop shop. Get everything in one swing without having to hit walmart. The staff is always awesome. And the tom thumb app is the way to save some money.

Yesterday I went to Tom Thumb and was waited on at the Deli by the sweetest guy ever!

His name is Curtis and he went above and beyond to make sure that I got everything I asked for.

He did the cuts on the meat and cheese perfectly and he was so friendly and smiling the whole time. He even weighed it properly and was very efficient.

We engaged in a small conversation and then I went about by business but was very touched by that small town grocery store charm.

Sets Tom Thumb apart for sure!

Tom Thumb 👍 has been one of my favorite grocers since I was a small child who just moved into town out of Houston. The bakery is and always has been one of my favorite places in the store, they have some of the best desserts I've had other than the Grant Villa at Winstar Casino's in Oklahoma

Easy to get through the isle and everything was easy to reach being a older person this is a good thing only problem was I forgot my number for reward card and didn't get my discounts haven't had that phone for years wish they could just use my name

Great customer service and friendly home town staff. They will help you to your car, they are polite and remember your name and face. While we do need a larger Tom Thumb, this place is a easy shopping experience, unlike wal---.

I really enjoy this store. I like that it still has the small town feel. Reminds me of being a kid. My only complaint is the parking lot though it did not impact my star rating. Clean store that seems to be ran very well.

This store gets a big thumbs up from me! My dog is allergic to so many things it's hard to find food that won't make him sick but Tom Thumb has it. I also enjoy the $5 flower bouquets and the people who work there are all so nice it helps to make shopping not such a chore.

Love Tom Thumb! Oh and if for some reason you're not yet a reward member you really should be! So many discount every week and if you shop there frequently enough your earning free items all the time!

I'd stopped going for many years as the location wasn't as convenient. Went today since I'm hosting a party and need quality and variety. It was great. Navigation in the store will take me a little while but we'll worth it. Deals were good too
