Tory Burch

I visited this location today, and my experience was amazing. Julie greeted me at the door and was so friendly and helpful. Gage was my salesperson, and he was awesome. He was extremely patient, did not rush me at all, and made sure my experience was absolutely pleasant. There are other Tory Burch stores closer to my residence, but I will definitely drive back to this location due to the outstanding customer service I received. This is my new favorite Tory Burch store.

Customer service here is lit!!! Helped me reach a decision quick too. The lady who helped me was really sweet.

My name is Janice and I visited the store today with my daughter to purchase a pair of shoes. We were promptly greeted and helped by Abby. She was terrific, patient and so helpful. We enjoyed our visit that much more because of the service from Abby. Kudos!

I brought my sister by for some birthday shopping, and Gage was AWESOME! He didn't push or annoy us, which is what most salespeople do, and it drives us crazy. He let us be, answered our questions, gave us his honest opinion, and we were in and out with shoes and a new bag in 30 minutes. He will be my new go-to sales associate! :)

Also, I can't remember the other staff members' names, but they were all extremely friendly, and the store was clean and felt safe.

I love the Northpark store. Gage is the absolute best! He’s extremely helpful, honest and not pushy. When I go in his store I feel like his family. I will be a loyal customer for years!

I had been eyeing the Robinson leather wallet on a chain. I called the North Park Tory Burch store to make sure the purse I wanted was in stock. I spoke to Daisy and she was very helpful. She text me photos of the purse. I wanted a small crossbody wallet but needed to make sure an iPhone would fit inside. Daisy text me a picture to confirm an iPhone fits in the purse/wallet I was interested in. Daisy informed me she would hold the purse so I could pick up since I was pressed for time. It was my first time inside this beautiful Tory Burch store I was greeted by all staff and introduced to Daisy. Daisy was wonderful she had the purse ready, I took one look at the purse in person and it was exactly what I needed. Easy transaction I was in and out and was able to get back to work in time. I now have my eye on a Tory Burch watch. I will be sure to contact Daisy on my next purchase!

I visited this new store in North Park mall and was truly blown away by the level of customer service and attentiveness the entire staff showed. From the moment we walked in, they were friendly and very helpful. My friend had to return a bag because she was having trouble with the straps. The nice lady who helped us immediately apologized and told her to choose something else since they no longer carried that bag or they would give her a credit. They stand behind their great products and said that us being happy was their top priority and I must say, I believe that. We will for sure be going out of our way to shop at this store in particular thanks to our wonderful experience. Thank you! So refreshing to be treated that well.

I absolutely love this location these folks are very sweet and kind, I have never encountered any problems with anyone. They’re always so warm they’re inviting they don’t rush me to make a choice an my Sales lady Shena is the absolute best. Great customer service Shena goes above and beyond. I have never received such great customer service and at this location I have found it an especially with Shena. She’s wonderful they all are an I will not shop anywhere else I look forward to many more purchases. 🧡🧡🧡🧡

We didn’t end up purchasing anything here, but the staff was absolutely amazing. Hyatt—“like the hotel” was so friendly and helpful. She really lets you look around and experience the products and their capabilities

OMG the staff here is amaazzinngg!! Super helpfull! I am a big Tory fan and have been to most of thr outlets in and around Dallas! But this one definitely is best when it comes to customer service! I would like to highlight 3 amazing people who helped me here! Giavanni, Wyllie and Julie ( I hope I got the names right) if either of them r serving u! U know thy will do thr utmost to help u !! I hope the manager ends up reading it so they know they have an amazing team!

Went in here to buy shoes and handbag. Alicia was so helpful with everything! Felt no pressure I had to buy anything, and she was with me the whole time till I left! Great experience
