DIESEL STORE DALLAS NORTHPARK

It had been a long time for me to go to the mall and shop for jeans. Today was the day and I received top notch service from Adrian. I didn't know where to begin with finding the style/fit/color or anything, but Adrian was there every step of the way. He was patient and asked questions and offered suggestions. He was attentive and truly made a difficult process easy. I am happy with my purchase and will definitely suggest this location for jeans.

Shopped here last night and I'm never disappointed at this store. Great selection in clothes and great service by this team. I'm always greeted and treated like I'm part of the Diesel family. Definitely shop here if you're looking for hot items to add onto your closet and have great service.

Maddie was great! Customer service is tough during the holidays but Maddie and the associate that was with her when I stopped by were amazing!

I went shopping today this Friday around 2pm at the Diesel location in Northpark Dallas. The customer service at this store is non existent. The 2 ladies that were working the store need to be trained more. One of them just said hi to me and that was it. The second employee didn't bother looking up and was just on her phone the whole time.

If this if the customer service that Diesel is going to give to their customers, then I don't expect for this store to last long.
