What a fun venue. This place is a miniature stadium, designed very well for optimal sound. The only caveat I would have is the lack of lobby, say you’re waiting for a friend who happens to have the tickets, you have to wait outside.
Otherwise staff is really pleasant, seats are comfortable and lots of options for snacks and drinks.

Nice venue for A Drag Queen Christmas show!

Vendors, attendants, security all very polite and accommodating.

Even in the highest-priced front seats they pack you in like sardines, which is a little off-putting, but the show was great and the entertainers came to entertain... And that they did.

Saw many of the queens from Drag Race put on some of their best performances to date.

Miz Cracker did a great job hosting, as well.

And one final thought, a can of beer doesn't need to be $21, but it is what it is. Enjoyed the venue, nonetheless.

Such an amazing venue for a show. Covered parking and tons of bars and restaurants in the complex. Arrive early, have dinner / drinks and enjoy the show. Ability to sit inside in air conditioned covered seating or outdoors on the grass in an amphitheater style type situation if the back doors are opened. Good sound and video screens. Not a bad seat in the house.

Absolutely love coming here!!!! I’ve come so many times to see many artists, some even twice. It’s a great venue especially seeing people come together.

Very nice venue for concerts, they open the doors during summer so the lawn section is viewable and open. It can get hot but overall 10/10.

I attend to Aspire event on February 22nd. It was a life changing event. Toyota Music Factory is one of the best locations in Dallas. Definitely recommend checking it out. People around the area are also very decent and kind.

Amazing. The venue is the perfect size to see your favorite artist in person and close. The seats are comfortable, it is easy to navigate, and there are enough vendors drink vendors to avoid too large of a line. I can't wait for more concerts here

The Melanie Martinez concert was amazing. We had such a good time. We did have to wait for an extremely long time in line for over an hour, and it was extremely hot. But we persevered 😊. We sat in the lawn section. The acoustics were great. Couldn't see the stage that well. But that's expected with the tickets we got. Great memories made. Will attend a concert here again.

Was such an amazing concert ! This was the Melanie Martinez portals tour, lawn GA all the way in the back . As it got darker it was better to see. But it was so freaking hot cause summer 😞 and passed out. So make sure to bring water and eat a good meal before arrival. <3 Other than that the venue is awesome for concerts,

I may be a little biased because the Dru Hill, SWV, Jodeci on 8/27/23 came with an overcast sky and a relatively cool breeze, which enhanced my lawn experience! I really like this venue with indoor concessions, pop-up shops, rest rooms, and other services. After climbing the stairs, I was right at the lawn and a short walk up the lawn to pick up my reserved chairs. There were additional concessions and rest facilities at the top of the lawn, not far at all.

The parking, in the garage, wasn't far from the venue at all. Parking was $30, I thought that was a bit much.

I didn't eat, others with me did, and they said the brisket nachos were good. The frozen swirl margaritas were a hit, cost a whopping $25, but was good.

If you can, get the "reserved lawn seating", you won't have to pick up your chairs, and you would be sitting in front middle lawn area. All in all, I do recommend this venue.

What a great venue! Incredibly clean and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The sound for a metal concert was fantastic. Drinks are very pricey, but that's to be expected. Can't wait to visit again!

Love to see shows here.
Plenty of places to buy a beer, and they don’t oversell their Pit tickets. Maybe they could put in a few more bathrooms, if they are planning a round of improvements.

We have been here for several shows and always have a great experience. Every employee we have encountered is very helpful and friendly. They also have great ADA accommodations and the entire place is pretty accessible. I actually look for events here because it is so great.

We arrived from Houston to enjoy my graduation ceremony here at the Pavilion. It was very nice and I am glad I had the experience of visiting.

Good sound quality and lighting for musical concerts, seat spacing is decent. Side screens on both sides of the stage for a close view of the performers. Abundant drinks counters offers cocktails, spirits and beers but the prices are quite high. Appetizers taste good and quantity is decent too.

Amazing. I went to see weezer there on the 6th of June, 2023. And it was my first and only concert so far. The building was well designed so you could go to get food or go to the restroom and you could still hear the music well.

We had so much fun here for the I love the 90s tour. If you go, spend the extra money and get valet parking or arrive early enough to eat at a restaurant and park around the corner in the garage. There's plenty of places to eat and there's a pavilion outdoors that plays music around the corner after concerts.

Great layout of venue. Easy to get from one section to the other. Plenty of bathrooms and water filling stations. Also, the food is actually phenomenal. The nachos were $10 for regular and $15 with meat and largely portioned and solid. The burger was even better. It was $15 for the double cheeseburger, which came with fries. Which is about the same as most places these days, so if you don't have time to eat before you come, eat here. Also, they have an $8 souvenir cup that is refillable with soda for the whole night, so drink up. Only recommendation I have for you, would be to bring a jacket. The huge fans made the venue a little chilly combined with the AC.

I really like the venue compared to others. No matter where you sit, you get a good view. I have been here for kpop concerts and other music performances. Everything is pretty organized and all the workers from the concessions to the merch workers has always been great. My photos are from the Young the Giant concert on June 29. I was sitting in section 102.

Phenomenal place. Plenty of seating and ground floor space. The venue was closed in. It can be opened up to a lawn. Two huge screens and a huge stage. The seats were on the floor but this was a comedy show so it wasn't normal for this. They were cramped but that's what to expect. Highly recommend for anyone. Parking is amazing. Right across from the venue and tons of restaurants and places to hang out before the show.
