The front desk, valet, and bell service were excellent. Everyone in these roles was helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, from room tidying to ensuring the conference we attended was successful. All the restrooms downstairs throughout the entire hotel are immaculate and perfectly maintained. I do wish there were a little more seating outside in the courtyard. The 24-hour gym is small, but if you need to run and there aren't more available treadmills, you can run along the path in the courtyard. The room was nice and big. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a fabulous hotel with many beautiful amenities and art featured throughout the whole complex. Walking distance to a few nice restaurants and a quick car ride to downtown Dallas. Hotel room, and the service there was really great. The bed was very comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The service, and food options was top-notch Will stay there again, when traveling to Dallas!! It was an amazing place to stay and have a conference

Beautiful hotel & property! Wonderful location for the holidays - there were so many beautiful decorations throughout the hotel. The breakfast options at the Media Bar & Grill were top notch - definitely recommend the Texas Waffle. The room was spacious & well kept. Employees were friendly - especially Dolores during our breakfast service. Take the time to explore the hotel because there’s a lot of beautiful art indoors & outdoors. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Dallas!

Beautiful hotel in all areas, the layout was well planned out and made everything conveniently located. A variety of many delicious food options. This was a business event and the sit down dinner for 800 people was excellent and handled very efficiently. Superior staff willing to go above & beyond expectations, especially Bell Captain Aaron A Williams who helped us with transportation. It was a short but memorable visit.

Great staff and awesome atmosphere. Food at the gift shop costs more than the room. My clock/charger didn't work but they couldn't figure out how to gete another one in 3 days.

Let me start by saying I have never stayed at a 4 star hotel. I stayed here during a winter storm and my work paid for most of the stay. Since I was solo they upgraded me to the queen Murphy Bed in the Atrium. The room was absolutely lovely. I was super excited. My only issue was the heat did not work properly. I t was busy and it took a while for maintenance to get to my room. My room was so big- like 900 square feet and it took a while to warm up. Fortunately, I had an electric blanket but the parts that weren't covered were freezing. I did let the manager know and he apologized and did provide a discount.

The media grill- I got the pasta. I believe it was $27. When I went to pick up my order I had to check my bag because it was so light. When I opened my container it maybe had 4 ounces of food in it. At that point I was so hungry I ate it and thought I need to shrink my stomach anyways. But in the night I became hungry again. So don't go super hungry and check your food before you leave. They were so busy I did not want to bother them.

I usually do not drink but because I am staying somewhere classy I figured I would get a drink. Beware the Moscow mule is good but $20.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. I did not get to explore the hotel because I got there late in the evening and left very early in the morning. I would repeat my stay but only on a non busy day. That way if something isn't right I can say something so it is addressed right in the moment. I also feel this hotel would be awesome for my children. My 7 yr old loves pools and hot tubs.

Also to note and this is a big deal to me. The carpet in the room was clean. The room was clean. There was not one dirty part of the room.

The bed was ok. If I paid full price for the room I would want the bed to be a little more comfortable. Self parking is $30.

If you are going to the Dallas Market center, this is a great place to stay! Lots of rooms, lots of event space with a few decent places to eat. The food options in Media are a little more than bar food, at least that’s the way lunch was. Little to no vegetarian or vegan options. We did not make it for dinner on the top floor restaurant. We had a drainage issue with the tub but the next morning once we reached out it was repaired… took a lot of effort on their part though. Not sure what the guests before us had done in there. Don’t go planning to have free WiFi unless you are a Hilton honors member though.

We stayed at Anatole for few days while visiting Dallas they have great staff, hotel/ room was very clean. Front desk was welcoming and explained everything the hotel had to offer. The Media restaurant on site was really good from breakfast to dinner. Kids enjoyed the outdoor and indoor pools. The breakfast staff Dolores and Christina and the staff for dinner Ramon gave a great customer service. We definitely will stay here again.

Reviewing this property because it just occurred to me this is the kind of place I wish other places were like. There is so much to do at this resort you can almost just live here.

So like I said, I was thinking of another resort that's lacking but in what areas, I wondered. Then I remembered the Hilton Anatole. It is so big and yet so calm at the same time. I have been here for a meeting, party and staycation. It's so pretty any time of the year you wish to visit. During the holidays it is even more so.
There is food, shopping and other amenities like a spa and an awesome pool. It can be a good retreat for the summertime if you have kids. It is conveniently located so that's definitely a plus.
My reason for rating it so highly and why I just enjoy it so much is because it manages to capture my attention and my imagination. I can imagine events happening there, the way they would look. The space is so big you can do a lot, hence why a lot of people have events here.
Also the artwork. I love that you can walk around and discover these neat pieces from all around the world unexpectedly. That on It's own is worth a visit.
The food is also very good. There are restaurants for every taste and they differ in that the experience is very unique at each of them.
The views are amazing. Service is also very good. Overall, I can't come up with any complaints. This resort, on its own, works; the fact that it is located 3 minutes from downtown Dallas and the World Trade Center is just icing on the cake. The Hilton Anatole is proof resort can stand alone inland, no beach, no mountains, no casino, and thrive.

Outstanding customer service from everyone. Location was great, only 12 min to Deep Ellum or downtown, 25min to AT&T Stadium or Six Flags. Only knock on room were no microwave. Restaurants are excellent, so had leftovers we wanted to reheat.

When it comes to grandiosity, service, and beautiful environments this hotel cannot be beaten. With a collection of amazing Asian art amongst other artifacts that would rival any fine art museum this hotel was at one point the largest hospitality complex in the south west US. The only thing this palace doesn't have is a helipad, and it may actually as I spent well over an hour exploring the grounds and am certain I didn't see it all. From actual 12 foot slabs of the Berlin wall, to meticulously carved ancient jade artifacts, a built in water Park, several bars, stunning rooms, tons of convention space, a videogame arcade, gym,and spa the Hilton Anatole stands head and shoulders above any other hotel in DFW and in my humble opinion the entire state of Texas. I would recommend any visitor to Dallas go here, even if your not staying there. Absolutely tremendous establishment. This, amongst so many others, is the reason Hilton is the gold standard in fine hotels.

My husband stays there for 2 months for his training with Southwest. The hot water keeps being a challenge, it has to run for about 10 minutes to get warm and then it gets quickly cold again. We already informed the front desk, and an engineer came to "fix it" however, the problem still persists!

I think this place deserves a 5 star. I came here in like early 2023 for a school related event. I spent 3 nights here and it was very fun. Although at first it was hard to find our room and it took very long for our chaperones to give us our keys, We eventually got in our rooms and got ready for our event the next day. The room was nice with a good view and the hotel and an amazing water park and a nice place to walk around. As soon as I entered I was amazed by the large, beautiful decoration in the lobby. As I was leaving I was sad that I had to leave this place. The place also had a large amount of rooms and not to mention some historical artifacts which really surprised me because it’s a hotel and not a museum. Overall a great place to stay and a great place to host events.

My Best Friend Laura and I (Debi) stayed at this hotel in September and a few things went wrong, but the way that Beverly the Manager of the hotel took over and accommodated us was really impressive. Beverly made the stay so nice we have made plans already to come back and stay. Then there was Tania the Assistant General Manager at SER Steakhouse in the hotel, who went above and beyond to make Laura and I have the best time ever, she hooked us up with such excellent waitresses and food.

Thank You so much Beverly you made our trip so delightful!!!

Thank You Tania for an experience that blew us away!!!

Excellence is what we love and it will draw us back!!!

This place is an amazing time machine back to Dallas’s heyday. It’s packed with over 1,000 pieces of Oriental art, everything from antique Ming vases at two slabs of The Berlin Wall. At night, the main atrium glows softly underneath a huge, moving, lighted sculpture.

It feels like this place, even though it’s outlived its original purpose as Dallas’s convention center, has enough invested in it to keep it around for some time to come.

Hotel is amazing if you love late 1970s American architecture, particularly 20+ story tall enclosed air conditioned atriums, like me. Rooms are extremely quiet, beds comfortable.

Had a great time walking around the hotel in the middle of the night looking at all the art. It was like spending a night in the museum.

I took LOTS of pics. Let’s see how many Google lets me post.

This hotel was great! Loved the pools, my kids had such a great time. The whole thing is very grand. The only thing not awesome was the media restaurant, the adult meals were fine, nothing too special, but okay was convenient. The kids meals were pretty bad, neither of my kids would eat it. The staff everywhere were amazing, so kind! The man at the desk was quick to get us extra towels, the women at the kids snack hut was really friendly and the young land at the pool place with the dip n dot was really kind and friendly! Thank you! This is for sure our Dallas hotel!

I've stayed in every Hilton in Dallas. This is by far the best in Dallas. I'm not even going to write a paragraph about it. Just look at the pictures. You get every amenity you can think of. The only negative I can think of, is the rooms don't come with a microwave. Other than that my stay was amazing!

My stay at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas went very well! My check-in was quick and easy. My room was very nice and clean. We did have lunch as a part of the event I was there for and the food was amazing! I plan to go back again when the weather is warm to enjoy the Jade Waters Resort.
