The Container Store

I went to this store expecting to just be ‘in and out’. I was greeted by some of the most friendly and enthusiastic people. John was the first to come up and assist me. He helped to find exactly what i was looking for and provided me with a plethora of options. If you’re looking to organize more than some cabinets and drawers, this is definitely the place to go to.

I had an outstanding experience at this store today, just in for a small closet issue and other shopping. I happened to have separate encounters with four different sales people and each one of them was helpful, courteous and engaged. In the two more substantive enounters, both people helped me over and beyond what I would have expected. I don’t know if it’s training, particularly good folks or a happy place, but it was a very refreshing experience as the customer service was uniquely top-notch. Congratulations, container store— you are certainly doing something right because it wasn’t an accident! Thank you.

I had a 10 star experience! Very positive! We renovated our home and needed help designing our new closet. Michaela helped us design the closet and provided great next steps. Jake was super responsive and helpful every time we called/emailed. Nick McDonald installed our entire closet which was a massive project. Nick was friendly, professional, and did an amazing job! This team was responsive and communicative from beginning to end. I'm very happy with my experience and new closet!

My teacher soul was made happy by all the colors and bins for my classroom. THE STAFF WAS REALLY NICE!!!!!!!!!! They answered my 50,000 questions without looking aggravated.

First time I’ve ever set foot in this store and the customer service was remarkable. I found a grey box storage ottoman that I loved and they only had one left when I wanted two. The lady at the front checked inventory for me and said they were getting more at the beginning of the month and they could ship it to me. I was in no rush so I appreciated the gesture. She still honored the 50% off and gave me free shipping and to my surprise, they shipped it out the next day and I got it the day after. I would shop here again when I need another container. There are a lot of containers that are similar to what other stores sell at a lower price but if you’re looking for something specific to decorate, they have it.

Wow! Excellent customer service without being too pushy. I saved 15% from an in-store promo and I never would have known if it hadn’t been for a friendly, helpful sales associate. TBH that’s hard to find these days. Thank you. The set of Pro-keeper containers I purchased were just what I needed. Easy in and out of the parking lot.

Customer service used to be so poor here. They've turned it around. I'm always greeted by at least 3 associates everytime I shop which is awesome. I happily shop in store now often. Seen more minorities working here as well. We'll done!

I stopped in at the container store today, my first visit. After a stressful day at work this quick stop really turned it around. Not only was I impressed with the products available, but also the cleanliness and organization of the store. Everything was well set up and easy to find. As a Capricorn, I find myself constantly rearranging to optimize space and resources. I fell in love with the store! Then I ran into Vicky. She was super friendly, we discussed the store and their In Home Design service. I was not familiar, and she was quick to answer any questions. Really appreciated her kindness and knowledge of the services/products offered.
I would also like to give kudos to Rick. He helped check me out at the register. He was kind, funny and assisted in getting me set up for emails and exclusive offers. I greatly appreciated the great attitude of the employees! Will be back, thanks again for the above and beyond services.

The only downside is parking (tight spaces) but the store is organized, spacious, has a great variety and supply (just bought 10 expandable shelf risers). the customer service was above and beyond my expectations...cant wait to go back. the cashier susan was a delight!

I love this store! I want to live in it! They have everything you could ever need for organizing your room, your house, your classroom, or your life in general! The prices aren't bad either. The employees are very friendly too!

This place is an organizer's dream. The Container Store is one I probably that I need adult supervision. I can go in for set of hangers and come out $250 with items I "need". The customer service is awesome. They focus on making sure you get the exact item to do what you need.

A little embarrassed to admit that The Container Store is one of my favorite places to shop but the selection here is amazing and the staff is great. The loyalty program has great rewards. My apartment is stocked top to bottom with unexpected but very useful finds.

I often wondered how the Container Store survives in the internet age, now I know.

We went needing Elfa shelving for a refurbished pantry & came away with a finished design and all the parts required (down to the wall screws) to complete the project. The design team were fantastic in steering us towards the right products and away from spending money unnecessarily. They they offered an installation at a steeply discounted price, naturally we took them up on that offer!

This is my favorite store. Came out work two storage solutions for my new tiny home and several ideas for future storage upgrades. Friendly, helpful staff, and if you're creative you can come up with money saving options by crossing storage categories.

I was looking for an item I couldn't find. A sweet lady helped me look and when she found out it was something to match what I already had at home, she went to the back to see if they had more. They didn't, but she checked the warehouse and other stores who were also out, but found out when it will be in stock again!

They have remodeled the whole store it was fun seeing the new layout. And best of all the store had that new store smell. And they still had all the great containers and other items for your home. I think I only saw about half of the goodies in the store.🏃🏻‍♀🚶‍♀🚶‍♂🏃‍♂

Having a love for furntire, containers and organization is probably expressed here. I'm in love with their new layout and quality. I'm addicted to their new things. It gives me the intense rush of belonging. I really wish I can live their and tweak till my heart stops.
