Alyssia was amazing, extremely helpful, and kind when I shopped there. There was an issue with the POS due to a severe thunderstorm, and she did a wonderful job explaining the situation and helping me any way she could. I am grateful for her incredible customer service!!

I LOVE this place. Their men's section is small but they change the clothes often enough that every time I go i find SOMEthing to complete or inspire an outfit. Today, my cashier Dasha, was so lovely and so fashionable, and complimented my sunglasses which meant a lot coming for a stylish girl like her. She was very sweet and when I realized I left my debit card in the car she held my items safe for me while I ran to get it. When I came back my clothes were neatly folded in my bag and she still had a warm, welcoming smile on her face. Thank you for making me smile today, Dasha!!

I always love the black tights, they are a great price and the fit is perfect. Yolanda has the best customer service and a pleasant attitude, we need more people like her, makes you want to come back more often.💛

This location has a much better selection than those around and definitely Mesquite, TX. Customer service could be a lot better but the employee Cristina, should be the store manager based on the customer service she provided. Thank you Cristina, your service was great and 3 of the 5 stars are for you.

IT’S BIG AND LOTS OF SELECTIONS!

First time i shopped there i was awed by how huge this store is and the huge variety of selections they have!! Clean and great atmosphere and the girl who was at the register was very friendly i dont know about the rest of the staff!!! Will be shopping there again!

Honestly, the first time I went, my eyes were in every direction, I love it there, the clothes are trendy, not to mention most of the clothes have a variety of sizes! And I'm pretty small and most of the clothes fit me!

I used to hate F21 but I decided to give it another try. I'm trying to reinvent my style. I was pleasantly surprised. Their plus size section has gotten alot better. I found some cute stuff.

This is a great location since they moved out of Northpark Mall. Two floors and plenty of space. The clothes are well organized which counts for a lot to me as a shopper. A lot of great selections here.

This is a great place to shop. Only comment is there's no cashier on the ground floor. You have to go upstairs. Hopefully they can have on both in the future.

Went there the other day to shop for dragon Ball z shirts, couldn't fine it, til I ask a employee if she can help me out, and she did, she went beyond customer service, found some shirts, later found out she's was the store manager, thanks Keishia!!!
