I would 100% recommend coming here to eat. We had to wait 35-40 minutes, but it was worth the wait. Normally, i can finish my meal and still be hungry. However, i wasn't able to finish my meal, yet i still wanted to eat the rest of my meal. Our server was really nice as well as the manager. I'll definitely be coming back for my birthday.

First time at a Texas Roadhouse actually located in Texas. Head and shoulders a better experience. Great value. Attentive, efficient service with smile. 8 oz strip smothered in mushrooms on point.

An Instagram ad brought me here for the early dinning special.. I must say.. it was delicious. I had the 8 ounce w a baked potato, and a side of the Red Chili..this has truely got to be the best deal in Dallas😎👍✌✌

My husband and I went out to eat on a Sunday night and it was super busy! There was a 10-15 minute wait, and every table was full. When we sat down our server, Andy introduced himself and brought us our drinks. Despite being busy and having many other tables, he was still able to provide amazing service. Andy was so polite and kind, and always had a smile on his face. We will for sure return because of the wonderful service and food!

Oh, those rolls that melt in your mouth like fresh donuts with the whipped cinnamon butter! Of course it has consistently solid steaks too, a respectable house side salad, and a baked potato with smoked bacon chips and cheddar. Friends loved their smokey bacon burger with side chili, and ribeye steak. We prefer over the other chain steakhouses out there.

UPDATE: the owner of the restaurant contacted me and apologized for this incident. He actually was at the restaurant when this incident occurred and he provided the backstory (while taking full accountability). I will say based on his response and our conversation. I will like to "recant" my statement of not recommending this restaurant. I would give this restaurant another try because of the owners reassurance of this is a one-time incident. I truly appreciate the owner contacting me and providing the details.

Upon my arrival to pick up a “TOGO” order (only veggies), I had to wait nearly 10 minutes for someone to answer the doorbell (which I had to ring the doorbell more than three times to get someone to answer). The person that answered wanted to me wait even more…because the waitress was busy taking an order over the phone or somewhere away from the “TOGO” window.

When I told him that my order had been ready for over 40 minutes. He asked if I paid online (while we are chatting I see one bag on the counter across from the window…turned out to be my order). I told the guy the order was already paid then he apologized for this wait and gave me the TOGO order.

NOTE: I frequent another Texas Roadhouse in the metroplex. I have never experienced not having someone come to the TOGO window. This time I was driving past this location so I order TOGO before leaving the last destination.

Once I got the order home, I noticed that (2) green bean containers had old, burnt bacon bits in the green beans. I have never had this happen before at other locations.

Some of the bacon bits were black and hard, while others were brownish black and soft, which tells me they used old bacon bits and throw it in the green beans (watch the vid).

I will never return to this location. This is just disgusting.

Came to celebrate a special family members birthday, and the staff did not disappoint! Love that they get loud, have the whole restaurant join in on the birthday shenanigans and make the birthday person sit on the saddle...fun!

Food has been good every time we go, no matter the location...consistent. Server was good too.

We will keep coming!

Oh...Need to watch your timing and do the waitlist online...gets crowded at dinner. Went around 6:30pm on a weekday and did the waitlist...no large crowd and seated in 5 mins.

My family and I always enjoy our experiences at Texas Roadhouse, the food is always amazing and the service is always awesome! Our server was the best! Clark really took good care of us!

The bread with butter is awesome. You'll miss a great food if you don't taste their cup of chilli. That's a wow thing.

bartender named ....chandler ? I think ... young man pleasantly courteous personable professional attentive. then moved to atsoxe table our waiter not so much. very unenthusiastic did not seem to want to be there. maybe he was just having a bad day. we all have those right!
overall food was good. bartender made sure we were taken care of til we left with fresh rolls & butter.

Quick outing with the family and the dining experience was without any real glitches. When they didn’t have my specific bourbon for an old fashioned the waitress came back with the full list of option available. Meal came out quickly and everything was as ordered. Waitress checked back throughout the meal just the right amount of times and we never felt rushed even with closing time coming up.

We went to Texas Roadhouse in Irving North HWY 635, I ordered Prime Rib 16 ounce and my buddy ordered Bone in Ribeye steak, they were cooked/grilled perfect!! Andrea was our waitress, her service was excellent!!
Bobbie Jo, service manager, came by our table to say hi and asked if everything was ok! Overall very good experience.👍

Always enjoy coming here to eat... not only is the food consistent...but the service is great... the atmosphere is lively and they honor 1st responders and military/veterans with 30% off ... really

Steaks cooked to specification! Rolls were perfection! Personnel friendly & efficient. Was a little noisy but due to time & amount of people in restaurant is understandable.

They some of the best steaks around and the prices for it are amazing. My kids come for the rolls and cinnamon butter. The portion sizes are perfect. The staff is also very friendly as well. Honestly everything here is really good and it all has so much flavor.

We were there on a super busy Saturday night. There were so many people at the entrance so I was thinking service and food was not going to be good. But it was the complete opposite! Not only did they sat us way faster than expected the service was above and beyond and food was super fast and it was a very good. I have absolutely no complaints. I’m so amazed how busy they were but yet has been the best food and service I’ve received in months from a restaurant. Keep up the amazing work!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Visiting Texas and this is our first time at this location. The food was great, our steak was perfect, and our server, Rose was amazing! I would say the most attentive and friendly service we have ever had. THANK YOU!

Went here with my mom and sister, food was Amazing! Steak cooked to perfection, shrimp was so good, house salad and Italian dressing was bomb. And our server Tariq was so nice and made sure we were good. Got every order correct. Manager even came over to check on us. Will definitely be back. Oh and margaritas was bomb and a good size!
