Waited for a whole year and got a deal for us just to leave with the car that we wanted, he’s the best go check him out and see what he can do for you

There is no one better than Paris Mash! My family has bought countless cars through him, so when my vehicle was totaled, there was no one else I would have used! We recently had the pleasure of working with Taylor Friesenhahn at Westway Ford when purchasing our new Ford Bronco. I must say that our experience was exceptional from start to finish.

I do not often leave reviews. Not even on restaurants (which I go to a bunch as a college student with limited cooking abilities). I am surprised to find myself having such a wonderful experience at a car dealership, but that is exactly why I am writing now. Chloe is one of the most genuine and kind-hearted people I have had the pleasure to meet. She went above and beyond customer service and helped me through the process of car buying from start to finish. She even stayed when all the doors were locked and people had trickled out. I am so glad I bought my car at this dealership, and I will be recommending this dealership and particularly Chloe at every opportunity I have. I would also like to thank Ryan who made the closing paperwork smooth, easy and was a lovely person to speak to on a personable level. It’s unfortunate the only thing about purchasing a new car that’s enjoyable, is the selection; the rest is like watching a horror movie that just won’t end; doesn’t matter, If your vehicle is totaled, or died, and you’re in a mad rush to replace it, or it’s a purchase you thought about for months, we all arrive at a point in the dealership when we want to run for the door; Thank goodness in these circumstances there are professional tag teams of excellence like the staff of Westway Ford. From Devon, the first sales person who warmly greeted me while I surveyed choices on their massive lot, Luis Cortez the patient bilingual point person who wouldn’t rest until I found “MY” perfect vehicle, and the Sales Manager, Ryan Siegel who not only acknowledged how stressful of an experience this was for customers, but made it his mission to relieve as much of this stress as possible, while making sure I got the best deal possible. After walking out of another Ford dealership, I can share, there’re other local dealerships still operating in eras past with condescending Sales Managers in elevated towers making their customers and employees exhausted, while dealerships like Westway Ford embrace’s a more approachable sales style, right down to the Finance Manager, Angelica Wuvanich whose thorough, yet relaxed presentation allows customers to understand their purchase and add the the right plans for their budget. Coming from Mercedes and Jaguar, the dealership lacked the frills and ambiance I’m accustomed to, however that’s not difficult to fix. My experience was awesome from start to finish. As soon as I drove on the lot Rasheed greeted me with a warm Texas friendly welcome and sold me the best car ever.

Working with Cam Nora was a very pleasant experience. He was very prompt, attentive & detail oriented. You won’t feel overwhelmed by him, you will expect courtesy, professionalism and honesty. Cam was very accommodating in fitting me in on the correct 2023 F-150. Once we had the right truck lined out, he introduced me to his sales manager Ryan Siegel who met me with the same level of courtesy & professionalism. Once the negotiations were complete, the director Jesse, followed up with me to be sure the experience was top notch which it was and thanked me for my business. The finance department was prompt, seamless and very educational on not only financing but all other options to protect the vehicle purchase. My time there was well spent and I will be doing business with them on my next purchase. 10/10

They worked with me to get THE truck I wanted. Transparent thru the whole process. Good value on my trade and a better than fair price on the new truck. I drove well over an hour to get there, passed multiple other Ford houses on the way and glad I did. Love my truck.

Great service, great dealer, I purchased a 2023 ford f150 single cab and Daisy and Gilbert were amazing they went above and beyond to make sure I got a good deal explaining everything about the car. They make buying a car the best experience

What an experience. I was in the market for a mustang gt. Previously had been in without making a deal, they were persistent. One day i get a text from and get told hey give us another shot we will make something happen.
So i was like wth best case i can take the car for a joyride even if no deal comes about.
The day comes i give them my preferred color and transmission preference.
They have it, (grabber blue, 6spd) and in less than 2 hours we got it done. Need you mind i just got in from out of town and i left in a new mustang.

I ultimately did not purchase a vehicle from Westway, but I wanted to shoutout the sales rep I worked with, Chloe, for her outstanding service. She communicated clearly with me throughout the process as we sorted through the inventory for something that may fit my needs after the original car that I inquired about sold the day before I could make it to the dealership. She sent me real time photos and videos of cars I was interested in while I was out of town for work to keep me updated on current availability. When I got back in town, she was very patient with me and allowed me to test drive several models. In the end, I found the car I was looking for elsewhere, but Chloe was tremendously kind and helpful to me for the time that I was shopping with Westway.

Jake was awesome to work with, even with my messed up schedule he was patient and not pushy about anything. Got the deal worked out once I was able to get there and he made sure to get things where I needed them. Will go back in the future even tho I live on the other side of DFW.

This was our second time purchasing a vehicle from Westway. Cody was communicative by text in finding the model we were looking for, prior to visiting the showroom. Once there, the entire process went very smoothly and Cody and Ryan got us a great deal! We paid cash, but Angelica in finance was very helpful with the paperwork. Giovanna took care of us at delivery and was knowledgeable about all the features. Overall, a fantastic experience and my daughter is thrilled with "Luna," her new Bronco Sport Badlands!

The only part about my experience I didn’t like was, Lakia the front desk agent was very unpleasant. She could be a little more nicer especially someone who works at the front desk! Nonetheless the service team was absolutely amazing very professional. I can’t quite remember the guy name I spoke with, but he was super sweet to me it felt very personable. He helped me throughout my whole process and I just wanna say thank you. I was treated with the utmost respect from him and I appreciate it very much I would recommend Westway Ford to anyone.

So.....I pulled into Westway Ford for a quick key fob battery change. It took a few minutes, but when the parts rep returned, the battery was replaced at no charge. Thank you, Westway Ford.

I purchased my new 2024 Mustang GT 3 weeks ago. Upon delivery I noticed some minor damage to the front spoiler and a paint chip right on top of that. Customer Relations Manager Giovana Lopez reassured me that it would not be a problem replacing the spoiler and painting right above that. She had to order the spoiler, and as soon as it came in, she got in touch with me. We set up a date for repair and she had my car back to me in 24 hours. Car looked great like nothing happened. She really went above and beyond to have my car looking great and getting it back to me asap. Thank you so much Giovana!

Excellent experience. Found the exact Mustang I was looking for. Manual shift GT, Grabber blue. My sales rep, Destiny was great to work with and she had a great management team working with us. Angelica in finance made that part quick and very easy to understand. Thank you all
