Good deals and great selection of foods. We love the pasty section especially the fresh baked breads. Plus the place is clean!

The customer service here is good. Went in with my granddad last week and when we got home, discovered that two of the Dr. Pepper cans in his 24-pack were mysteriously empty. Went to let someone know, and Dom, the manager, was very friendly and let us walk out with another 24-pack for free. We weren't in there for all of 5 minutes probably. Thought this was perfectly just and reasonable

Lots of variety, very courteous and kind staff! The one on Lovers and Greenville is still the model A++ store, but this one is great compared to an average grocery store. Also less crowded than the bigger one on Lovers.

I love this location of Tom Thumb. It's not too big like Super Target, or Walmart. I don't feel like I need to lay down after shopping there. Everything looks so fresh & good, & they have items that you don't find at other Tom Thumb locations in other areas. Our cashier was quick & efficient. I believe his name-tag said Job. I didn't have my glasses on. But, he was very friendly. A great experience overall. 😊

So the trick is.. You have to sign up to be a member for the great discounts! Not saying that as a bad thing but as a must. There is a monthly deal you can get where its 5 dollars off any order 5 or more. Every month. Its free to sign up. They have you adverage items. Slightly more expensive than Walmart though. Especially without membership.

Clean location, like all Tom Thumbs, but you can def feel the age of the location. Feels a bit cramped, but the employees are friendly. I usually buy flowers from here before I head to the cemetery. Good selection.

This is a very nice & clean store with good a layout. The employees who were stocking the shelves we're courteous and friendly, as was the cashier. Iactually found all the products that I came here for; and then some.

The cashier was rude & I had to request that he bag my groceries several times. He was quite upset to have to do his job. Usually the Tom Thumb on Northwest Hwy. is very friendly & helpful.

My favorite grocery, it has excellent produce and meats in addition to a large selection of anything you may seek in a grocery aisle, carrying the best of multiple brands of most popular items including a gluten free section.

Good selection. Quiet. None of the clearance items rang up correctly in self check out but the cashier fixed it & was really gracious about it.

they have the best jumbo chocolate chip cookies 2 in a package, 1.49 is all it cost. I buy me 3 pkgs. every time I come to north Dallas on N.W.Hwy. Fried Chicken is really good my family love's it.
