My new sandwich place… what really made me go WOW!!! As my wife and I were walking up to get dinner, David was cleaning the store and stopped and opened the door for my wife and I. That was some well respect that you don’t hardly see walking up to any restaurant. Everyone was awesome and food was awesome!!!!

Pretty much my go-to sandwich spot now. The staff are always super nice, the establishment is clean, food is always fantasic, and they support members of our Armed Forces. Will be a repeat customer for sure!

I highly recommend Jersey Mikes they have the best Subs in town! The general manager EV took care of us and great fast service. Got the chickens bacon ranch cheese steak and it was delicious.

This is by far the best Jersey Mike's I've been to have had no luck at any other ones getting the order done correct or even in a timely fashion. Recommend this specific Jersey Mike's

Wanted to give a shout out to the employees who helped me out today 9/15/2020 at 1030am. I had ordered 16 boxed lunches and each of them helped me to my car. Super friendly and had my order ready for me. Everyone at worked loved the sandwiches. Great job and will definitely be using you guys in the future

I was having a very rough day and when I went in there they picked up on that. Wished me well and took care of my lunch for me. Wonderful staff at this location.

Over the weekend I visited this store, and I had some concerns about the amount of time it took me to get my sandwich. However, after speaking with the GM (Ben) the following week, he explained to me the staffing issues their store and many others in the area have been struggling with for a while now. He was extremely understanding with my concern and took the time to explain and make things right. The whole experience reminded me to have patience with business that are doing our best to serve us. There was no issue with the food itself, it was great. If you do experience longer than usual wait times, be sure to reach out to the manager to find out the issue, and you may be surprised that they are going through a lot as well. So I will be coming back to eat here and I hope that the staffing issue in our communities is resolved soon.

A great spot with fresh subs. The restaurant is clean and the staff are very friendly. I always order the veggie and it’s a refreshing option for hot days!

I love this place!!! They're kind, engaging, and professional. An order of ours went a little wrong. Not a big deal, but they were super respectful in helping us, and quick, and fair and I can't say enough about the customer service we got.

"Its just lunch" but good vibes are important, and being hangry can get crazy. 😉

Got a turkey bacon club a couple days ago, easily the best sandwich I have ever had. Super fresh ingredients, lots of bacon, fresh bread. The staff were super friendly. I will be back soon.

Jersey Mike’s is my favorite sub shop! This particular location has met me with a great staff! Very personable, asks how my day is, if I have any great plans, all while making my sub exactly how I like it! I usually take it to go and they are fast and efficient! I always choose this location because of the friendliness, cleanliness, and the bacon is always crispy! Thank you Jersey Mike’s in Kyle Texas!

Quality sandwiches day in and day out but what really makes this place shine is the excellent customer service I receive on each visit. The entire team is great but I want to specifically mention EV and Kendall, these two are outstanding humanbeings

Best place to stop for a FAST lunch between Austin and San Antonio. On and off the highway quick. Quality food and never a line.

I was that customer who walked in 5 minutes before close, and even then they were extremely nice to me! The person who helped me was Mike, and I gotta say he was in such a positive mood and definitely made me laugh, even though it was the fact it was his birthday and he was stuck at work. That positive interaction made my night! Thank you, nearly birthday twin!

The service is great as are the employees. My husband is a veteran and was thanked for his service! We ordered our sandwiches and started our check out and were told lunch was on them! What a nice surprise,it was a "make my day" moment. In these stay at home days of Covid 19 ,a ray of sunshine !! We love Jersey Mike 🌞🇺🇸💕

Walked into this restaurant at 8:55pm yesterday. They were already closing for the night. All the staff was friendly and welcoming they provided fast & excellent service. Now the food, the sandwiches, were amazing and priced well. This was my parent’s first visit here and they are hooked. Very anxious for our next visit.

I love love coming in here at this location. Team always greats me on the way in. Come so often Ev and another teammate knows my order without fail. Definitely like seeing thier smile faces on my lunch break.

By far the Best Jersey Mikes I have ever visited in TX and NJ. Super clean, Super nice staff, fast service, great sandwiches and most bang for your buck in the Sandwich business. Ice tea is perfectly brewed and I would highly recommend this “Sub shop” to anyone. Management is kind, sincere in taking care if customers and the guy making sandwiches is passionate about his job as is every body. Truly wish More business’s cared about customer satisfaction like the staff at this establishment

Staff was very attentive to getting my order just right. I’m happy to see the new friendly faces at Jersey Mike’s in Kyle!! I will definitely be returning soon. I just wish they still offered honey mustard.

I've been gluten free for a couple of months now, found out I'm allergic. So I've been searching for safe places for me to get a quick bite. Unfortunately the 2 times I've tried to order the gluten free bread here, they've been out. However, the staff offered me the option of putting the sandwich in a tub, no bun. One of the guys asked if the gluten free was a preference and when I told him I'm allergic he cleaned the entire grill before making my sandwich. Super appreciative! Will be back and will leave another review once I try the gluten free bread!
