Wendy Funk: Allstate Insurance

Wendy and her team have been helping us for the past 4 years they were outstanding. Their customer service was always on point and Wendy would go the extra mile. Great agent to have by your side.

I initially switched to Allstate to save money, which I did. Since switching though I have been extremely happy with the Wendy Funk team. They have always helped me when I had a question promptly, they are extremely helpful and have really taken care of me. I cannot see going anywhere else

My experience is that a lot of insurance companies try to lure you in with a low price, then explain why you can't actually have that price. This was a rare instance where I got a good price and great service. As long as my premium doesn't suddenly skyrocket, I plan to renew every time.

Terri Coleman is super helpful & very nice. She answered all my questions & took the time to explain everything on my policy. Absolutely best customer service I've had in awhile. It was soo refreshing to have someone be soo polite & actually care about getting us the best deal. If you want an agent who knows what their doing, ask for Terri. We saved soo much money bundling our home & auto insurance with Allstate. We feel soo blessed to have this extra money a month. Thank you Terri.

I have never had an insurance company treat me so well. Wendy [great name :) ] is always responsive via email or phone and the personal touch is so comforting. The reps are very very understanding, polite and professional. They do not leave you hanging. My house was struck by lightening, killing my central AC and two TV's. They paid for a hotel for a week, direct depositing the hotel payments and the final bill for the Shields AC Repair and I didn't have to pay my deductible, not sure if it was because it was a natural cause or what but I was sweating bullets wondering HOW I was going to come up with $1000. This lightening issue did interfere with my financial situation just a bit, so they allowed me to pay my car insurance a week late w/out canceling me. YOU GUYS ARE FANTASTIC!! Thank you, 5 starts all the way?

Your customer service is very professional and efficient. The information quoted was accurate. The change from my previous Insurance Company to Allstate was handle very efficiently and quickly.
