John Murphy is a fantastic agent, and provides stellar service to his customers. Office staff always responded right away and was always easy to contact, whether it be by phone, email, or text. Once I was out of state trying to get a car released from impound but needed insurance on the vehicle to do so. This was 5:00 pm on a Friday afternoon!! I called John Murphys's office and within 10 minutes, they were faxing me proof of insurance on that vehicle at the impound lot!! Truly amazing!! Not pushy or always trying to sell you more coverage. Rates were always reasonable, even after my multiple at-fault accidents. We had a good 5 year run but unfortunately, all good things must end eventually. I would 100% give him my business in the future.

I always have the easiest time working with the group at John Murphy Allstate. I have had a few cars covered by them, and each time I switch over car the process is very quick, easy, over the phone, and within 10 minutes I’ll have an email confirmation and coverage document. I love how efficient and flexible they are. Also, each time I do change cars in my policy, they make sure to remind me the differences, they clarify the type of coverage, and then send me off with well wishes! I switched over to them after hearing similar review from my partner who has been with them for over 10 years and he would tell of the same experience, nothing but easy and efficient!

I have been using John Murphy's insurance services since my Austin home purchase in Jul 2014. They are very professional, courteous and above all they back up the policies quoted with excellent service. After my move to Austin in Sep 2018, I have moved Auto, Primary, Rentals and Umbrella policy to John Murphy's agency. They gave us very competitive rates and excellent coverages. When we had weather related events - the big Texas freeze in Feb 2021 followed by golf ball size hail storm in April 2021, I got to see how they were able to negotiate on the behalf of home owner's interest. They are always on top of things and his entire staff (including John himself) is quick to respond to issues or questions with the claims department/adjustor even if there are supplemental paper work needed. Overall, I am a very happy customer when you know the office that sold the policy is on your side to get you a fair compensation for property losses.

I have been with John Murphy’s agency for at least 10 years and I don’t have one complaint. Any time I have a question or concern, they are quick to respond and even quicker to rectify the situation. Claims are processed quickly and simply. This is the best insurance agency. Even though my rates are high , the value and service are superb.

These folks truly care about their customers! Now a days you can pretty much do everything online but Jonh Murphy and their staff go a different route by calling you every time your policy is due for renewal just to thank you for being a customer and to see if you need to change your policy! Heck! They even call you to wish you a happy birthday! And things like that make them stand out from the rest!

We had water damage while we were on vacation. A neighbor noticed and called my daughter. She got the ball rolling with insurance. Once the repairs were started, they moved on fairly quickly.

This whole team provides such an incredible support that is truly amazing and greatly greatly appreciated. I am a regular hard-working bee, and it is such a pleasure to have this peace of mind by knowing that I can always count on this excellent team. I am with this Allstate Insurance team for 4 years now, never a single issue, at all; nothing but the greatest possible experience (I really mean it), so planning to stick around for as long as I need to, as long as I am being treated this greatly, of course.
