This location is very organized and the staff is amazing, I accidentally forgot my camera stick and called "Shonda" the cashier who helped me. She let me know they were already closed but she will meet me outside for my belongings, she waited after hours for me and I could not have been more grateful. Shonda you are an amazing employee and I seriously appreciate you doing that for me, I was so worried. People like you make the world a better place

I'm still figuring out the merchandising at this location, but I have a large store. tidy spaces, a shop, and plenty of well-made homework supplies

best customer service ever, we shop here often and there is a cashier that definitely deserves to be appreciated. His name is Tyler, he absolutely got the best vibes and energy. He always welcome everyone with big smile on his face.

I don't know how Burlington can have a 3.9 star rating? It's a Burlington for God's sake. It looks just like all the other 999 stores they have all across the nation. You people should be kicked out of this city for leaving low reviews? What do you expect? Go to Nordstrom's if you want to be waited on hands and feet and give these people a break!

Great staff, clean and clothes on the racks. I miss the old crew like manager Sean and cashier April though.

Purchased several name brand beauty products that are normally pricey at certain stores. I love this place. You can always find something to purchase here.

You will find clothes in less price but only thing u have to search more to find perfect for.you

I haven't been to this store in years! I came by early on a Saturday morning. The store was very clean and organized! I found some really great items on clearance! I felt that prices and items were really comparable to Ross. The cashier was very friendly and overall had a great experience here!

Burlington, I owe you an apology; I'm sorry. I got so caught up in Ross and TJ Maxx, that I forgot about your selection and prices. I found everything I needed and more. I won't forget again 😂.

Love this store! It's kept very nice and is easy to shop at. I found way more than i expected, the prices are great too. They also have a good shoe selection, with really unique styles. I'll definitely be going back soon!

This is an awesome Burlington Coat Factory. I've been to a couple crappy ones, and this Burlington did not disappoint. They have an awesome selection and are generally well-organized, with helpful (and still human) employees. I am a very picky shopper and found several things that I loved here.
I would love to give the names of these people, but I lost my receipt. I had picked up a pair of shoes, though, that were missing a tag and I didn't notice were in the wrong section...a customer must have left them there. For some reason I expected these shoes to be less than they rang up as at the counter, but because I was buying several items and was the last customer of the night, my lovely clerk brought over his manager and they gave me nearly $10 off of the shoes. I am so happy with this store! Will definitely be returning here when I need something.

This place has good, new collection of branded products in wide ranges and great price. Customer service was good as well. The manager was very understanding. Pocket friendly store you can ask for!

this is actually a burlington coat factory and its the cleanest and most organized one in town! i love going over there and finding great deals without literally digging through everything in random piles like at the South location. i can always find nice things for my daughter here, as well, the S. location has a terrible selection.
