Doris was great! We had a good conversation while she setup my policy! It's so hard to come across a good CSR🙄 but Doris was exceptional !

Doris is now the manager of this office and the vibe is completely different! It's so calm now. She's very helpful, kind, and helps find the best affordable prices. I will continue to do business here.

I don’t remember his name but he is from Decatur. I went in the office. And was thrilled with the service. He answered all of my questions and really put his time and effort in making sure I get the cheapest rate. Can’t thank him enough.

The insurance agent Doris was very professional and explained everything so that I understood. She was fast and got me in and out, even though the policies was separate for roadside I still got the insurance because of her and her attitude.

Talked to a agent today named Ms.Doris Hardy she was sooooo helpful to me she worked and worked until she found me some good a cheaper insurance the way we talked and laughed you would’ve thought we knew each other my mom always told me to be kind to others because you may never know they can be your blessing and that she was thank you for your good great customer service!!!!
