When I received the yearly renewal from my previous insurance company, I decided to look elsewhere for my home and auto insurance. I called Jennifer Sellers' State Farm office to request a quote and was referred to Dawn Kerska. I really hadn't reviewed all of my insurance for years so I thought a meeting with Dawn would be the best. When I arrived at the office, everyone in the office greeted me and I felt very welcome. Dawn and I spent an hour going through all of the insurance options and I was impressed with her knowledge of the available insurance products. I felt like Dawn really went out of her way to make sure my new insurance was tailored just to meet my needs. Bella was also very nice and called me after the switch to State Farm to make sure my transition went smoothly. In the end, I saved over $2,000 per year switching all of my insurance to State Farm. Jennifer Sellers is running a top notch insurance agency and the excellent customer service provided by her staff ensures I will stay with this agency. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone.

I haven’t had to use a claim very often fortunately but when I have I can’t ask for better service! Whether I call or email the response is great. Always friendly and efficient. Thank you for taking care of our insurance needs!

I recently was involved in a rear end collision. The person that hit me ended up having no insurance. I called my agents office. Jennifer Sellers State Farm. A wonderful girl answered her name was Bella. From Start to finish Bella took care of everything. I’ve got full coverage and she explained everything very clearly on my coverage. After dealing with the other drivers insurance and her company was so rude and unable to answer any questions. It was an absolute pleasure talking to my agent office and not balding to worry about it at all. In a half day everything is taken care of. Lastly at the end of the day I called Bella because I had a question.
Bella was busy going across my claim when I called making sure everything got done. I feel this deserve 2 Thumbs up. Most places you go to does what they need to do and there done. Bella did what she needed to do and then followed up on. To make sure it got done. I’m so happy that I’ve got an agents office that treats people so well.

I have recently switched State Farm agents and chose Jennifer's office for its location and positive reviews. I have been trying to understand some billing issues I have encountered with my policies and have been working with Bailey MacDonald, one of Jennifer's competent staff. I met with Bailey in person today to go over the issues and walked out of the meeting completely satisfied.
