My experience with Coldwell banker specifically with Amanda , I purchased a condo at condominiums more then once Amanda Raimondi assured me that I could have an in unit washer and dryer which I informed her many times that was a requirement of mine.
Closing went Well couple days before closing i again asked her are you sure that I can have washer and dryer (I still have on text) she again said yes.
So after my closing I went to ABT ours headed a new set to be delivered
Upon delivery the maintenance guy came running out said they were not allowed I was livid but only was this humiliating but the aggravation of getting refund was stressful.
I was so upset and still am I feel
She should of done her homework if she was not familiar with condo laws as I don’t feel it was my job to do that, she should have been very sure that I could have an in unit washer and dryer given that she knew that was a big thing for me
Instead she sat and collected her money at closing time. Her and the lawyer
Also I was having trouble with opening the front door with the key the very night after closing , I called her thinking she would at least help me she just told there was nothing she could do.
Of course not she collected her money and could if cared less if I could get in or not.

We recently sold our home and the buyers were represented by Frank Sevcik of the Coldwell Banker Schaumburg offices. He made the process a complete NIGHTMARE! He was incredibly unprofessional, rude, aggressive, abrasive, from his first interaction with our realtor to our last personal interaction with him. There were SEVERAL times during the process, that we had wished we never accepted the offer from his clients, due to his behavior. If you are looking to buy a home DO NOT work with his man, and if you are selling your home DO NOT accept an offer from someone being represented by him, you will absolutely regret it!
