Great like always good prices and nice sales going on.?

Place had a great selection of clothing but what I was most impressed with was the service I received from the rep Natalya.
She was very patient and helpful and made my decision for purchase a lot easier. They are lucky to have her kind, pleasant personality.

Went shopping for feminine clothes. Abigail and Rose helped me find gender affirming clothes and helped me figure out bra sizes. They really made my day and helped me feel genuinely happy with myself.

Best retail experience I've had in years! Cashier, Maggie, went way past my refund, helped me place new order, extra discount, etc!

Super easy "buy online, pick up in store" experience. Friendly and helpful employees. Clean store, clean restrooms. Good product availability. Easy parking.

I love Kohl's department store. The prices are reasonable and the quality of clothing and everything else is above average. I buy most of my clothing and Accessories from khols. Good customer service and great return policy.
I just bought all my favorite items from Kohl's.

The only thing is customer service is lacking at some of the stores. There is a lady at the Gold Rd. Schaumburg store that i really dislike. I never have a good EXPERIENCE with her. I reported her to management as well. She is usually behind the returns station.

This kohl’s has a lot of product, also I had never seen shelf checkout on a kohls, this is the first one, the people working here were so nice!

5/20/23...This Kohl's store is absolutely beautiful! I stopped by to return some fitness pants I'd purchased online. I ended up getting some additional fitness clothing that my local (Cincinnati, OH) Kohl's doesn't offer.

Happy with my purchase. The staff was friendly.

Nice place to shop for all ages and household items.

Update 7/31/23. New place clean building. Ample parking, well kept. Men's area was lacking however womens, kids and perfume had a lot of stuff. Mamma squirrel 🐿 likes the place.
Bent from 3 to 5. Great improvement with the new place. Staff appeared less stress and Amazon return was clean and fast.

Look it's a Kohl's. This squirrel doesn't like Kohl's but mama squirrel does. Shelves seemed bare staff seemed over work Amazon section was completely packed with returns.

I would like to thank MARIA for her awesome customer service during my visit. She went above and beyond to help me to find my package from Amazon. She showed empathy and genuine concern for my situation, employees like MARIA needs to get promoted or given raise.
Thank you again Maria for your help and I love coming to Kohls even more cause of the awesome customer service I get to experience at this location.

It has self chech out as well as regular cashiers.

New big store lots of merchandise nice and clean

Store was clean and organized! The check out went quickly and our cashier was extremely polite. These ladies who worked tonight were doing their job well.

Great place to shop, especially since Bed Bath and Beyond will be closing soon, (the one in Schaumburg) However they need more cashiers, usually there is a long line. Hope it gets fixed before Christmas shopping starts.
