Just had an amazing shopping experience at Express thanks to an outstanding employee Daria. She didn't just provide standard customer service, she went above and beyond,
epitomizing what an exceptional retail experlence should look like.

My wife and I were looking to save some money and Daria stepped up with suggestions and alternatives, clearly putting the customer's interests at heart. Her professional demeanor, paired with her knowledge and willingness to assist, is a testament to her dedication and commitment.

She has set a bar of excellence that others should strive to reach. It is the kind of service that keeps customers returning.

The staff was very warm, welcoming and helpful. I needed a suit for a new job by the next week, and came into the store late, an hour before close.

Ruby was very kind and accommodating to help me with point of purchase all the way through the transaction. And Angel helped me greatly with picking out the right suit as well as helping me purchase the correlating pants online.

They were greatly helpful. They treated me like I was a friend. They were very kind and professional, even though I came late, yet they didn’t rush me, and they helped me out so well. I would highly recommend going to this store.

Drove 90 minutes to shop at this Express location. This is how I know Express to be since 2001 when I started shopping Express. As soon as you walk in everyone greets. It's like they know you, except they don't. The choices in this Express location is outstanding! I shop Express for my husband, my son, my teen daughters and myself. I am an Express card holder and I like to keep my business with the same company. I don't ever regret my purchases. I invest in myself and my family. So far this location got everything right from beginning to end. On a super busy Saturday night, the teamwork was so good. My exchange was speedy and I ordered. I never felt rushed, the managers were on the floor communicating and working with their staff. I just enjoyed the vibe here. I will return to this Express soon, thank you for the experience you guys rock!😁👍

This Express location is by far my favorite. I visited the store recently to pick out some new work outfits, specifically pants. Pari went above and beyond helping me find the perfect pant and giving me great advice on fit, length, and styles. She is an exemplary employee and is a fantastic asset to the store. I was impressed with how clean the store looked, despite their being in the middle of a major sale event. The sales staff were very friendly and helpful, even though I was only making a modest purchase (not even in store, but from their website, as the item was no longer in stock at this location). Definitely pleased with the experience, and recommend dropping by if you're not certain what you're looking for!

Went to the Woodfield Express looking for some items, wanted to be sure of my size before buying. As I looked Chris Martinez offered to help and got me what I needed. He was very willing to help, was not bothered at all I apologized to take up time as I knew I was not the only customer and he just stepped up with no problem and made sure I had what I needed and what was not in stock got ordered ! Great experience and excellent customer service!

I never really take time to write reviews but I have to give big big ups to Danni (I hope I spelled her name right). I drove almost 2 hrs for a wedding and left my suit at home. I called a few places and no one had what I needed. I figured I could piece some things together at Express. I walked in and explained my situation to Danni and she was amazing! Gave me options and called over some other workers to give a second and third opinions. Service was A1 :) Thank You

Came into this store a few weeks back not really expecting to have any suits fit me at all. I was promptly greeted by staff and from there I started to look. Jenny came up to help me while I was looking. I have never been helped by somebody with such great product knowledge at a retail store and somebody who did such a great job to guarantee everything would fit the way I wanted. I only expected to walk out with one suit but, somehow I walked out with two full suits and two ties. Thanks for making my shopping experience great. Keep it up express woodfield team you all did a great job!

I love this store. Most of my clothes are from express and I've been shopping here for about 5 years. The store is always clean, and the staff is friendly and willing to help.

I only give 5 stars to the variety of clothes they have in store... they had all sizes and styles.
