The VERVE Boston Natick, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Amazing experience. Was in town for event in Boston and colleague recommended this hotel. Great recommendation. Adorable boutique hotel with tons of pop culture things to take photos with. Rooms were large, clean, modern, and very comfortable. But the best part was the service. The front desk was amazing especially Stefanie. I called on the road to inform her that we had been traveling and were going to arrive very early (before 10am) and if it were possible to check in early to accommodate us. Stefanie took the time to make sure our rooms were ready (and one of them wasn't so she changed the room) so we can go upstairs to rest. Will only stay here when coming to Boston moving forward.

We had a terrific experience hosting our son's bar mitzvah in the Apollo Room at The Verve. Jen (event director) is easy to work with and provided excellent guidance throughout the planning process, including setting up the room beautifully. The staff was friendly and responsive all night, and the food was great. We stayed overnight along with a number of out-of-town family members; the unique hotel decor was a big hit. Brunch the next morning was delicious too; the perfect way to conclude a very special and memorable weekend.

Had a great experience for the two nights I stayed. Service and hospitality was amazing. Very friendly staff. Noelle at the front desk was very welcoming and kind. The bartender at the lounge went above and beyond to make me the best Espresso Martini ever. Love the location. Overall it was great. Agree with another comment about the furniture and a little janky in some ways but overall wonderful and I feel like the location and staff makes up for it.

The Verve was a great choice for my stay. The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly at check in. When I got to the room, I noticed some of the furniture was dated but it was kept clean and the overall stay was comfortable. Big kudos to the housekeeping staff as they were all around the property making sure things were spotless. The location is great as there are many food options nearby along with a large mall. In addition, the highway is less than a 5 minute drive away for a short drive into Boston if you’re staying in the area for business. Highly recommend! I also had to catch a later flight home and appreciated the front desk team (01/05/24) being so accommodating and letting me have a later check out. Thank you for a nice stay !

Deborah was overly polite. She was amazing. My husband is in a wheel chair and she was very catering to us. She made sure he was taken care of. She made sure he had preference seating, made sure I made him a plate right before our table was to go up to get food. The timing was perfect. She was so amazing and made our time here stress free. This is a unique place. Lots of cool artwork and retro items on display. The bar is really nice and has a simple yet tasty menu of food. Head across the street to Level 99 or Dave and Busters to have a blast.

We stayed at the The Verge for 5 days. We were there to visit Wellesley College. The hotel is a whole vibe. It has a cool music and pop culture these. It’s really sensory treat when you walk in. It’s vibrant, chic, cool and funky. Very social media picture worthy The staff is super friendly and professional. One staff stood out the most. Stefanie was the sweetest. She gave us tips and place that we could visit while in town. She ran down all of benefits as a gold member and she checked on us. She just went beyond and above.

We had a room with two doubles. It was three of us. The room was small but we made it work. The room was also clean. I really enjoyed staying there. This will definitely be our hotel where we stay when we go to visit my daughter at Wellesley!

I was a guest at an event this past weekend and Debbie H. helped make sure I had everything I needed, made sure dinner service went great and checked in with me through the night. She had an attention to detail that few servers have. Will definitely recommend to anyone else I speak to.

Got to stay here, thanks to a sale and it was one of the most comfortable stays I have had in a hotel, in a long time. Quiet rooms, great decor and helpful staff. Love this hotel.

This was one of the coolest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were friendly, the rooms were very clean, and most importantly the ambiance was so retro and awesome! Each floor had a theme, the lobby had old phone booths and tvs playing ads from the 50s-80s, and the atmosphere was overall so laidback. We will be back!

Fun, pop culture themed hotel boasting memorabilia throughout the lobby and on every floor - it’s sure to jog the memory of every GenXer. With an echo from some long forgotten nightlife of my past, the Violet Thorn lounge was under the command of a masterful barkeep who was kind enough to introduce me to Green Spot, a tasty Irish Whiskey with a slightly spicy kick and smooth as hell finish. I have to say, the Sunday brunch was quite possibly the best buffet style spread I have seen in several years. Quality food, including real scrambled eggs, cinnamon swirled French toast with pure maple syrup, good bacon & sausage links, 4 kinds of bagels with Philly cream cheese, toast, English muffins, danishes, muffins, yogurt, cereal, juices, etc. My nephew (in the photo) and I had a blast, and my brother (who’s a Hilton man all the way to begin with) was quite impressed with this Tapestry Collection. PS bring quarters for the full size arcade games!

The hotel is awesome, but the rooms don’t have the same look and style of the rest of the hotel. I would have loved to have a unique room the way I saw the decor of the rest of the hotel.
Breakfast is delicious, although it’s pretty much always the same.

Stefanie at the front desk is brilliant. All the staff are brilliant and the rooms are really good value. The food and drinks in the bar are top class. All good

Wow I was so happy to hear from a Mr Fabian T. About The Verve! I was in the area and had some questions about the hotel as I visit my home back east often. Though Fabian seemed hurried when I caught him he took the time to tell me all about the hotel the services the amenities and the Galore !!! I began to thank him so he could get going but he pleasantly asked me if I had any other questions and I sure did and I was like so happy he asked !! I needed to know about kids and dogs and was getting more and more excited when he explained kids are fine and the ages and then went on to tell me about being ok for dogs . Again I was grateful but he also took time to tell me about the fitness center and that there is a state park near by! Cochituate State Park. Oh now I was just goofy happy ! I'm an avid out doors person and that just did it for me . To think there's a place right in the center of business with so many amenities and near a state park . I tried to let Fabian go but I could tell he was also excited about my exuberance and he went on to tell me since ide probably be coming with my grandsons that there is also a nearby world War II museum! I've all my life been a military buff from growing up in a military family listening to our elders stories of world ward II and many others. I just couldnt get enough and still as Fabien was trying to make it back inside to his work he asked if I had any other questions. He even offered me a tour ! Listen I didn't have the time and like I said neither did Fabian but in that moment all that seemed to matter to him was serving me !!! I look forward to my visit back to Natick and will definetly be booking at the Verve ! This hotel has everything for both business and leisure and to top it off family leisure with your dog and your kids and or grand babies ! Listen Verve ! Fabian is your guy and every Verve employee should be front and center on being versed about the hotel and excited about talking to others about it . Need I say that a couple other passers by had to stop and listen in because Fabian was just like a whole vibe about the Verve that everybody walking by wanted in ! I sure hope Fabian is still there when I come for my stay ! Just the perfect place and perfect location with proximity to a state park and the museum...I'm so happy I caught Fabian and even better he was willing to stretch his time to talk to me all about the Verve ! Thank you ! It must be great to work there as much as it is to stay !!! Five stars all the way !

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel, and I am beyond thrilled with my experience. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted by the warmest smiles and impeccable service from Zena , My room was not only comfortable and very much cleaned but also beautifully designed, providing a serene retreat after a long day of exploring the city What sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional service provided by Zena her genuine kindness, laughter and eagerness to assist with any request made my stay truly memorable. I can confidently say that if I ever find myself in this city again, I will only stay at this hotel.

I was there for YMCA Dream big gala. The hotel is very nice for huge event like this. Good food and great service. Our waitress, Debbie Halcott went out of her way to accommodate special wishes. Great event and great place

The staff was absolutely perfect. One person, Debbie Halcott was exceptional. I was there for a good sized family affair, and she was part of an excellent group of servers. I had a headache building and wanted a cup of coffee. She offered to stop what she was doing to get me one, an offer I refused because she was already so busy. When coffee became available, she saved a cup immediately for me, and brought it over to me. Later, she organized a search and rescue for my lost reading glasses, which were found the next day. Obviously, I was having a silly day or two. I want to thank the entire staff, but especially Deb.
I have stayed in many Hiltons, and this was expensive with less in-room amenities..no refrigerator, no microwave, inconveniently placed prong plugs, and too few ports for electronic chargers. Okay, because It was attractive, run really well by staff and desk alike. I would stay there again if someone else payed.

I went to the Dueling Pianos event, and Debbie went out of her way to show me where to find the carafe of self-serve ice water, so I didn’t have to wait in a line at the bar. And when she found it was empty, she went out back and personally got me a big glass of ice water.

I travel extensively for work. I've stayed in hotels in all 48 states. The Verse Hotel Natick is right up in the top contention with any I've been to. The property is clean, spacious and full of great decor. The local area has plenty to do and see. Shopping, restaurants and servic services are all close. Noelle was a pro and got three of us checked in quickly (which really helped as we were quite weary from the road.)If my travels bring me back to the area, count on me requesting this hotel for my next stay.

Debbie Halcott went above and beyond to help ensure that the Wellesley Cotillion was a great success. All the staff were amazing even though they had to weave their way through a crowded hallway with arms full of food. The staff who worked late on Saturday night Jan 20 were all professional, kind, and stellar. Thank you.
