Update: I brought it back to them and they were able to do something to remove the holes (mostly) somehow. I appreciate them doing this, but PLEASE be aware of the pins and possibly request that they DO NOT use them on your clothes.

I am LIVID. I purchased a two-piece dress last year and wore it for the first time this weekend. I brought it to NaperValue for cleaning and I’m not sure who had the great idea of putting PINS in it, but now there are EIGHT obvious holes in my expensive dress.

I’ve been coming here with little to no problems, but this was the first time taking something of value to them.

Terrible experience. I had dropped off over 10 items and 3 came back with holes -- these were 3 brand new Hugo Boss undershirts and on the upper back area near the neck where a label is normally present (these white shirts are tagless), they put a plastic tag through the material when they were cleaning the items (probably to track them), leaving clear holes. Literally the first time these expensive shirts were washed and now damaged. I have called multiple times, requesting the owner or manager call me back and they keep avoiding me.

Ruined my Tommy Bahama shirt I had worn twice. Had burn/water marks all over. Took no responsibility. Luckily I had the receipt which said it was 5 months old because he said shirt must be old. Owner said I must of did it. Avoid this place at all costs.
