I just got back tonight from shopping around 630pm with my daughter. I cannot give enough props to the employees in this store. My daughter was doing her handstand/interpretive dance (she’s 5) while walking around the store and while we were checking out, the nicest male store representative came up to her making her feel so special for her dance moves. I was in awe as it was such a genuine moment. While leaving the 3-4 team member who helped check us out and surrounding us made her feel so special! They all told her how amazing she was. She left so proud and happy. They changed someone’s day! The store was clean, organized as it should be but those employees are exceptional! I’m so impressed!

This is a very clean and complete jewel. The produce section is fabulous and has a great selection and great produce, they could use more organic produce. The deli is great and has quality products to choose from that are all delicious. The bakery is really good and freshly made. The meat department is a little expensive but has fresh meat to choose from. The dairy is complete and well organized. The pharmacy is conveniently located and the store is well organized and easy to maneuver.

Jim and Ryan were extremely helpful in the Chefs Kitchen, they hooked me up with Meatloaf on a Saturday when it's usually only put out of Wednesdays and they made sure I had proper instruction to reheat it as I was late picking it up. Thanks!

The jewel closest to me on maple Ave has roasted chicken one day and the next they don’t. They are really inconsistent with the cook of the chicken as well. Sometimes the chicken is nice and seasoned and oftentimes the chicken is light in color and unseasoned. However this past week I have been visiting this location. I must say. Their deli has been stocked each day I visited and the roasted chicken was seasoned well every time . Cashier was really nice as well when I didn’t use self check out. Think I’ll continue to visit this location .

I have shopped at Jewel for a long time and I love it! Great marketers! I always see tempting offers above my original intentions on my shopping list! Right now I'm really grateful for the delivery option. Only three dollars! Oh, and only three more if your order is under $30. I really appreciate that right now.!

The food displays always look so nice. Does Jewel have their workers straightening things all the time? If so, I never see them doing that. Jewel, please come to my house to straighten my cupboard out. Thanks!

Very Clean Grocery Store. I’m actually a new import from Detroit and didn’t know where to go for groceries but I wanted a similar experience to Krogers which are popular where I’m from. What a relief it was to walk into this place, on my opinion, a little bit better. Very clean store, fully stocked on everything I needed. Everything was fresh and neatly organized. They even had baggers, which are nonexistent in Michigan. Food is a little expensive but I think that’s everywhere nowadays. Not overly crowded either, the only thing I miss is Krogers point reward system. Not sure if this chain offers anything similar to that but it would be an added bonus to a delightful experience of they did.

I definitely like this grocery store. First of all, they open so early, and I like to get my groceries early in the morning when I go to this store. Aside from that, the store is also open until midnight, which is probably convenient for other people, or even for me if I have things I need to buy late at night. As for the products they have, I would say that they are all okay, with good quality and always in stock. They also have a variety of local options on every product. The produce and the meat are always fresh too. They just basically have good options for everything, including all the daily necessities. The staff are always clean and it has a nice, easy layout. The employees are nice, attentive, and helpful whenever I ask for something. Lastly, when it comes to their prices. It is comparable, and they also have sales regularly.

Great store. Big and breathable. It's so good you can shop for an hour a d not run into another customer. I did my shopping completely nude and free and didn't have to worry about another soul judging me. I'm not sure what magic they're using but they've designed the aisles so perfectly that you can shop in peace.

Went shopping here on May 11. I had a issue with a sale that was out of stock . Spoke to a female worker who told me it wasnt on her side of store and finally located the gentleman for the side I needed. He could do much to help and suggested I speak with customer service. I spoke with a super polite and helpful person Claire Fernandez. She immediately resolved the issue and when I was ready to ring out came again to the register to make sure my transaction went well. Her customer service was amazing and made the overall experience very pleasant. I shop here all the time and most employees are helpful . Sometimes hit or miss by the customer service counter. This person is a great addition to your store and I hope she role plays with others so they can become as efficient and helpful as she was. Very nice. . Her demeanor would make her a excellent sales person if she chose that career . Just a overall amazing performance.

This is a long shot but I was at this location right before close 1/3. I was in self checkout with a pink robe under my winter coat, and there was a man, also in self checkout with a grey robe on. I kinda feel it was a bit of a missed connection and wanna see if the red head working could maybe help me figure out who he is or something lol. Why no right?!

Very good place for quick in and out shopping. Competitive prices on few things when compared to other wholesale giants.

Super clean. Amazing selection and organized. This Jewel has really reorganized. Guess that is what stiff competion will lead to. There are many choices to shop in the area and this jewel has become a regular stop.

They seem to be having some more trouble with their drive thru speaker at the pharmacy drive thru.It sounds like the motor maybe going out again this year.That make it very inconvenient for some that weren't prepared or can't walk inside at times,but I do think you. if you call they will come out.They do the best they can with what they have to work with.I actually would like to see them put in 2 tellers and remove there pretty pine tree display.2 lanes would be better than one

Let me start off by saying I love grocery shopping. As in, I go at least 4-5 times a week, just for the fun of it. If that doesn’t convince you, I got asked to both homecoming and prom at this Jewel — and during one of them, the workers here agreed to announce it over the intercoms.

I’ve been going to this Jewel since I was a kid, and now that my high school is right down the street, I have continued going to this Jewel. The workers here can be apathetic at times (But really, who wants to work the 1am shift?), but they’re always friendly and willing to help. The deli workers here are the actual best; Dave is always ready with a hello and knows exactly what to recommend when I’m not sure what kind of salami and roast beef I want. The aisles are always stocked and neat, and the fresh produce section is organized by fruits/vegetables. I’ve ordered my flowers for dances here, made memories here, and most importantly, got the best groceries here.

I’ll shop at a lot of grocery stores in my life, but I’ll never forget this one. And if you’re just looking for a place to pick up some eggs and bread, this Jewel’s got exactly what you’re looking for.

Great staff & beautiful store. My 2nd favorite location in Naperville to go to. Seems to have better stock then Lisle location.
If you can't find something staff is more then happy to help. And cashiers always so nice.

Great prices, great people! The range is pretty great, too! Recently, they've added a pretty decent salad bar, which is nice for those of us who need to just "pop in" for something between a whole roasted chicken (theirs are fantastic!) or a muffin. LOVE!
