The best place to get vape stuff and support a local business. All the employees are super helpful, great recommendations. Jackie has continued to recommend fantastic flavors to me that I would have otherwise passed up on. They even took into consideration what their customers want. Overall, I love this place and everyone involved. Please support local businesses and especially this place!

Always awesome service here. I have closer shops to both home and work and I go out of my way to come here for a reason. Definitely worth stopping in and checking out.

Edit: I was actually in the store earlier today as I was posted this. I was just kind of talking and saying pay day is around the corner and just needed a single coil until then, so my guy B ( not sure if he wants his name out here or not) fills me in on the promo of leaving a Google review for a coupon. These guys have always done right by me so I figured they need some love too, and he hooked me up with the coupon and my coil. As I was leaving, I end up forgetting my card. So my guy B sees it and gives me a call. Thankfully I was in the system as he was actually able to look up my review and get my email for my rewards point. So I get a call five minutes after I leave saying " hey you forgot your card, it's here waiting for you", and while this seems like something small, easier options would be to wait and see if I come back in, or even cut it up and toss it. But within fifteen minutes of forgetting my card in store, I had it in my hand. Not only are you going to get the gear you need, but the folks here will do right by you. They always have great promos and they're not shy about sharing them, and if you have any questions about anything your sure to get an answer. I haven't seen great customer service in a long, long time. Good service sure, but these guys go above and beyond, and definitely need some recognition. Thanks again!

What's to say, I've been going here to feel better for many years; Always friendly, always helpful, great listeners and problem solvers. Good People. I can be a bit of a long-talker to offset my reclusive lifestyle....they engage without any indication of the pain i most certainly impart. They have the best customer service! their disposable vapes almost always work, and are quite affordable. They have a large selection of vapes,CBD products, Delta 8 products, and lots of apparatus for pot :-) They also provide seating and cheap soft drinks such as Red Bull and Pepsi. They have a points system which works like coupons! Skye and everyone else who works there are very polite and very helpful. This is my go-to smoke shop!!

Braden is great. He totally reminds me of a former co-worker. But I digress. They have a selection of flavors I'm unable to get elsewhere and a rewards program to boot, unlike at least one of their competitors. I dig this place.

Vapor Place is THE only place to get any of your juice, hardware, equipment plus so much more. Welcoming to new visitors and I haven’t one complaint in five years as a customer. Staff, products, PRICE, points system they are the best hands down. Even kick back on the couch for a few if you need a vape culture friendly hideout!

Super helpful staff, always have hard to get flavors and devices and willing to go above and beyond to cover any of my needs! Well worth the trip even if you’re not from the area.

So i came out here from Rockford because i was going to be staying for the weekend i visited 2 shops this one and wise guys between the 2 this one was my favorite the staff was very nice and friendly, they gave me options in a nice way that suited my taste as well as holding onto something that i wanted but had to wait to see how much money i would have before doing it. While at wise guys the guy working kept rushing me and being rude and saying so what do you want while om trying to look up stuff about juices i never seen or tried. So id rather go here then wise guys

Came in and got set up right away with what I needed. The guy was knowledgeable and nice, and most of all helpful. I was very happy with my purchase and was happy with the price. I give it 5 stars and when I need something vape related I definitely will be coming back.

I make my own fluid and coils, so I do not frequent here. However, I probably end up going to Vapor Place once a month or so for odds and ends. Every time I get awesome service. Most recently, I had a mod that was in need of some minor repairs (stripped screw). The owner repaired my mod for free! I will definitely be returning here for any my future vaping needs. 5/5 would definitely recommend.

One of the best vape shops in the area. Great customer service. They have a really good selection of adult vape flavors. It is super convenient that I can view flavors on their website before I go to the store

First came here looking for a bingo supplies store but my gps sent me to the wrong location apparently. After meeting the wonderful staff I quickly picked up vaping to have an excuse to come by and visit as often as possible!! It’s been almost 2 years since my first visit and I will confidently say this is the #1 vape shop around for light years. I aim to bring plans to the city council to mark this business as a historical landmark in an effort to keep the spark of love in crystal lake as long as possible. Thank you

I'm brand new to the vaping world and I'm giving it a shot to try and quit smoking. Yesterday I purchased a vape set up from a friend and I was told it needed a new coil, and that I needed to find a vapor juice that I enjoy in order for me to quit smoking. After I got off work around 7pm, I googled "vape shops near me", mind you it's Sunday evening...
All them were closed besides this one. I read the reviews carefully and saw some very mixed feelings. I decided to see for myself and the outcome was AMAZING! As soon as I walked in I was welcomed as a friend by the geltleman behind the bar, Brendan. He was so polite and took his time educating me on my new vape, went into details on my set-up, and even let me sample a few different flavors of juice before purchasing! Brendan was absolutely wonderful! I was treated like family! In today's world it's difficult to find good old fashioned customer service, and people who enjoy what they do at their job. Brendan's service was above and beyond my expectations! With this being said- I don't know what the few bad reviews are all about but- I know my experience was beyond 5 stars! Thank you so much Brendan! I appreciate your time, effort, patients, and kindness you gave to me. I very much look forward to my next visit, which will be very soon! I Hope to see Brendan there with his warm welcome and intelligence, guiding me through this new challenge to be 100% cigarette free. Thank you again Brendan!

I wanted to leave another review because i went here again last night. Excellent service again! So, again the mixed reviews are troubling to me. Either way, go see see for yourself! I'm actually stopping in again today to try some more juice and educate myself a bit more. Awesome place!
