Best Western Plus Bloomington East Hotel

Great location near airport, restaurants, and shopping. Front desk service was excellent, very personable. Lobby, lounge, breakfast area, small gym, outdoor pool area all very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay with one small exception: the air conditioning unit in the room was very loud, louder than the average hotel room unit. Otherwise, no complaints, and we would stay there again. Recommend!

I'm a travel nurse and stayed at this hotel weekly for one year. I absolutely loved my stay and all the staff!! The price was excellent, rooms are clean, and the free breakfast was always good! My contract ended and I have to move on but I'll miss all the staff. Especially, Hayleigh!! Take care to all the staff at Best Western Plus!! You all do such a great job!! Thank you!!

We needed 3 rooms for 3 nights during Memorial Day weekend. I searched online for what felt like days of my life. I did not want a hotel for 3 nights that was going to be awful. When looking, a majority of the hotels chains we typically stay at were going to cost $200+ per day. I was struggling to justify that amount of money per day. I kept coming across this hotel for roughly $80-$90 per night. I was worried because it was so cheap, it must not be a good hotel. Something must be lacking - cleanliness? comfort? But I figured we won’t spent alot of time at the hotel, and rented 3 rooms for 3 nights. Once we arrived, and got into our room, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel had nice staff, the rooms were comfortable and clean, the breakfast was better than some of the other more expensive hotels we’ve stayed at, we used the pool and fitness room, and we didn’t break the bank. The only regret that I have is that I have paid a lot of money for hotels over the years, and have always believed that more money means a better hotel, and that is not the case.

I would highly recommend this hotel to others traveling.

The airport shuttle driver was great. I was in the wrong location and he made an effort to find me while waiting. The other staff was great as well.

Upon arrival, I found a clean lobby with attached breakfast area, clean hallways and elevator too. There was also a nice lounge area with fireplace and television off the dining area.

My room appeared very clean with sparkling white bathroom surfaces. The door hang tag offered both Do Not Disturb and a request to clean the room. I opted to not make such a request as there were plenty of towels provided and I am a neat person who places trash in the waste bin. My only complaint was the narrowness of the floor space between the foot of the bed and the furniture along the opposite wall.

The breakfast varied slightly from day to day. Those with food allergies may be limited. Over a 3-day period, the offerings included a make your own waffle, biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, Cheerios, oatmeal, pastries, boiled eggs, granola bars, fresh fruit, juices, coffees, and tea. The biscuits were very hard on the bottom one day. Otherwise, I was pleased.

I'd stay at the Best Western Plus Bloomington again.

Comfortable place to stay. Near a lot of shopping and only a few minutes from the interstate. Only thing I doubt like was that they did not have a covered canopy to pull under so in rainy weather you will get wet trying to get your things in. Rooms could use some updating.

Very clean and nice hotel. It does include complimentary breakfast which is decent. The lady at the front desk was very helpful not too expensive. It's close to the airport as well as a large variety of stores and food spots.

Good stay, comfortable room, great bed ! Fantastic breakfast "bacon, sausage, eggs, and real oatmeal.
The building is kinda Quirky as the floor from front to back of building is not even. One walks up a small incline, then some rooms, then down an incline ???

Logan demonstrated amazing customer service, I had stayed at the hotel when I first arrived and some weeks later, I was notified that mail was sent to the hotel in my name.

He was quickly able to search for my mail and provide it for me within a day. Thanks for doing a great job and returning my call Logan!

Coffee in the room was better than average. The water in the shower was hot almost immediately. Shower was quiet. Toilet was slightly loud. Bed was comfortable and clean. Service was friendly. Plenty of space in the room. Only thing I would have liked that wasn't here is a freezer space in the mini fridge

By far one of the best hotels I stay at. This is my 2nd time and from the staff friendliness, to the super clean rooms, and the relaxing music, all throughout the building you can’t go wrong. However, all the hotels around them have started their hot breakfast back, and best western has not. So if breakfast is a must this place really isn’t for you. They have sandwiches that you can warm up in the microwave. A pancake maker, that takes 60 seconds to make you a tiny pancake. But they have the rest with fruit, muffins, etc.. other than that great place to stay.

Overall the stay was great, good variety of breakfast options. The pool is pretty clean. The gym is great, barely anyone there. The rooms get cool real fast. Maybe put a towel in front of the shower floor, water tends to fall out.

The staff is SO friendly and helpful!!! Cleaning and breakfast are not bad.

Good, clean room with tons of cable channels and very large tv's. The manager is a very sweet, classy man who is an instant friend to just about anyone. This hotel is in the middle of town where most restaurants are, a quick trip to State Farm and Country Financial, and access to the quickest way around town or to get out of town. Tons of shopping around here too. This hotel is super clean and kept that way.

Lobby is very welcoming, elegant and modern. Rooms were clean with modern amenities. Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stay with them again.

The breakfast lady on Saturdays (Tiffany) was very helpful keeping the breakfast stocked and fresh!! I really like the hotel and staff very good customer service! My family and I have stayed here a few times and we will be back !! Thank you for making us feel at home !!!

Will always stay at the best western plus when I go out of town. One of the best hotels I have stayed at. The place was very clean and very enjoyable!

Really nice modern hotel - the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was available.

Good service . Front desk, housekeepers, shuttle driver....everyone was nice . Highly apreciated the morning Frontdesk Receptionist when she sent her colleague in her own car to pick me up when the shuttle driver was not available.

Only thing not available in room was Microwave . Housekeepers should be advised to stay lil quiet while doing the rooms next to the guests who might be sleeping in their rooms. Will definitely come back if in the area.

Refreshing oasis from the road. Winter weather / bad roads + traveling with children = exhausted, but we are very satisfied with the over-and-above service, ample amenities-including sundries, cleanliness(without any "harsh" smell), modern layout, and cozy room with a variety of lighting options(nightlight option on bedside lamps was perfect). Ours had a daybed.
I highly recommend this location to anyone.
