My experience buying a new mattress with all the works could not be better. What made my experience so wonderful was the seller Manny! Yes, a seller can be and make the whole different experience. Manny has the right personality, attitude and above all knowledge. He explained every single question that I had, and believe me I did 100 questions, with patience and some times when he notice I didn’t get everything he said, he explained again in an easier manner. I was so lucky to find Manny in the Mattress Firm store in Crystal Lake. The mattress I bought is so awesome, simply the best. If you ever need to change your mattress do yourself a favor, come an look for Manny. He is definitely an asset for the store. Thank you Manny! You are the best! 😊

My wife and I decided that we needed to replace our current mattress after 13 years of use. We stopped by The Mattress Firm in Crystal Lake, Illinois and spent well over an hour and a half sampling the mattresses and adjustable bed frames that were available. George, the salesman who helped us, was a definite plus in our search, offering suggestions and asking questions about our needs and what issues we were having with our current mattress. He pointed out some excellent Queen size replacement options as well as an adjustable bed platform that suited our budget, making our search much simpler and easier. We were able to take advantage of the current Memorial Day sale at The Mattress Firm and and now await our new Sealy mattress and adjustable bed frame. Great place, wonderful sales staff, and good pricing!!

Came into this store after dealing with "HassleLess" across the street. Night and day difference in having a knowledgeable mattress expert help us through our purchase. Even helped us out with additional financing options. Stephan you were a great help, much appreciated and look forward to purchasing from you in the future! Keep it up! His patience and insight was what made us come back to complete the purchase within a couple hours. Delivery was within a day or two and everything was delivered without a scratch or dent!

Great in-store experience today with Manny in Crystal Lake. He helped us navigate the wide selection of options and features available in their showroom. Our “Sleep Expert” Manny was very informative and educated, answering all our questions and concerns. He made the process very smooth and would highly recommend him and the Crystal Lake location for your next mattress needs!

I searched online for mattresses, but I really didn’t know the difference between them so I decided to go in-store to try some out and ask questions. George was great! He is super friendly, helpful, and had recommendations for me. I bought a mattress on-the-spot and delivery is super quick.

Steve was excellent! He not only helped me a little bit over the phone, which then encourage me to come into the store. Once in the store, he’s very knowledgeable about the mattresses that we were looking at for our 4 1/2-year-olds bunkbeds. He was able to tell me what they had in stock and others that he would be able to order and have them in by the next day. Once we made our decision, Steve helped us to get the mattress into our vehicle. Very informative salesman and just good all-around people to talk to

Steve was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient during the mattress buying process! I went back to purchase and George was filling in for him, George was also great. I feel more comfortable as they have a 120 day perior that you can return or exchange your mattress!

My husband and I just purchased a Tempur-Pedic TEMPUR-LuxeBreeze mattress, TEMPUR-Ergo 3.0 Adjustable Base and two pillows at Mattress Firm’s Crystal Lake IL store. From beginning to end we could not have been more satisfied. They had a wide selection and helped us narrow the choices. The manager, Manny, was professional, friendly and nice to work with. Not once did we feel pressured and he took a lot of time educating us on the beds we had chosen as our top three picks. An absolutely wonderful experience. Stephen was very knowledgeable and professional, but was absolutely friendly and very helpful. We had just closed our new home about an hour previously and needed two mattresses immediately. Stephen wound up the sale with a big "Welcome to Illinois," helped us wrap both up, and loaded them into our rented U-Haul. We got to sleep on mattresses tonight in our new home! Stephen, thank you again so very much.
We have since returned to buy another mattress and again everything went very smoothly. We bought this Mattress Friday and it will be delivered on Sunday. The entire deal was fine within a half an hour. We will continue to recommend Mattress Firm to all our family and friends!

Stephan was very knowledgeable and helpful as I purchased mattresses for my elderly parents. He helped me save some money as their funds are limited. We had an issue with one of the mattresses having a manufacturing defect noted after delivery and he was super helpful in getting them a replacement asap. I highly recommend Mattress Firm in Crystal Lake and Stephan for great products, prices and customer service!

Wonderful experience. Me and my husband debated for months whether to get a King mattress; we currently have one child under 18months and I’m due for our next little one in January. So with 2 little children, plus 2 BIG dogs, our queen was not going to cut it anymore. There were multiple retailers I had been considering - Hassle Less, Ashley Furniture, Amazon, etc. we both agreed it was better to go into a store to ‘test’ the mattress beforehand. It was a whim to try Mattress Firm. TOTALLY WORTH IT! Manny was excellent. He showed us the most recent popular sales mattresses… and they were all part of the November special sales deals - MAJOR PLUS! He wasn’t pushy, manipulative, or trying to coerce us into purchasing anything. I knew I wanted plush and my spouse had questions about memory foam. Manny showed us a couple reasonably priced options and their corresponding purchase deals. We left to go talk and give some thought. Manny told us the business hours so we parted. It didn’t take much discussion with my husband though…a few hours later I returned to purchase one of the Hybrid options Manny had shown. Delivery with setup in 2 days was included for free as part of the deal. Months of heated debate about an action that took less than 72 stress free hours! These guys really took care of me -stepped up to the plate and gave me a SERIOUS deal that was outstanding above the rest ...on very short notice.

Went in on Tuesday to this location to browse mattress’. Tony was very polite and answered all my questions with NO pressure to buy or shove deals down my throat. After taking the rest of that day to look at other stores and options, I came in the following day to purchase. It was clear that Tony seemed to genuinely care, make sure I had the information I needed, and the delivery process would go smooth.

My son called to Chek on the availability of a metal platform for my mattress. Phnom was on speaker store representative welcomed him to Mattress firm, told did carry the item and if he could put him on hold for a brief moment to check availability. Had one left said would have ready for us. Remembered my son's name. Had most of invoice ready because took no time at all. Told us about store. Largest selection of mattresses. Great customer service. Will be back. Highly recommend.

It has been many years since the last time we purchased a mattress and definitely had sticker shock. Beyond the prices, Mattress Firm had tremendous selection and Emmanuel was very knowledgeable and helpful providing excellent information without pressure to purchase. We will receive our products soon and have a 4 month trial period to see if the price matches our expectations. We have high hopes for our purchase.
