AT&T Store

Scott C. and Brian M. were both so kind and helpful, and walked me through every step of porting lines and activating new phones. They were very attentive and offered fantastic customer service and deals! I even received a 25% teacher discount, which was a pleasant and unexpected gift! I would recommend both associates and their store any day of the week!

On Thursday January 25, I stopped into the Crystal Lake store to get help restoring my old phone back to factory setting. I cannot say enough nice things about the
excellent service I received from both Scott and Chris. They were so patient and kind and went above and beyond to help fix a problem that would seem as though it would be a simple fix and ended up being more. Thanks guys for great customer service!

I recently upgraded two phones on our mobile family plan within the past few months. Consistently excellent service! Today, veteran AT&T employee William helped upgrade my son's phone. It was a seamless process, and he provided full service all the way, including adding protective accessories to the phone before we left the store. He also suggested upgrading our home Wi-Fi Internet Air, which is wireless and connects to towers through 5G. It saved us money on our bill. He also answer questions that I couldn't get resolved on recent phone calls. Five stars all the way for this store and William.

I’ve been a manager for many years. Went into The store to get two different phones, one for my elderly father and myself manager Jason way above and beyond one of the best services I ever had in the management.
Very very patient with my father. Making buying a new phone very easily and comfortable will never change stores or service with that type of management. Thank you Jason so much. I could go on and on, but to keep it short highly recommend

I visited the AT&T store in Crystal Lake with my mom to trade my iPhone 11 in for an iPhone 15 and my experience was fantastic. The person helping us, Scott, was extremely helpful and patient and very personable.The store only had two people working; however, Scott was super attentive towards everyone in the store and ensured that all of our needs were met! Definitely the best customer service I have ever received! :)

I came into the store to upgrade my phone and Scott was amazing! He made the process so easy and seamless! He answered all my questions and pleasant and super helpful! Definitely a 5 star experience

My wife and I visited the store today and were greeted by William. We had some problems with our billing and different things phone calls didn’t resolve. It was like a breath of fresh air speaking with someone who loves his job and making sure you understand what is best for you. He is truly a valuable employee. Please make sure you let him know he does a Great Job. We both thanked him today but spoke of everything he did for us today after leaving the store. Our experience with Scott tonight was amazing. It had been a disastrous day in making some changes with our cell phones. He persevered until we were able to receive what we sought. In addition, his humor helped to alleviate our frustration.

I went with my boyfriend to trade in his phone. The wait wasn’t too long for a busy day and all the workers were very nice and professional. Scott helped us out, he took his time with us to figure out what phone would be best and he took the time to get to know us. He was super friendly and very funny. I would 100% recommend this AT&T and especially Scott to anyone near or far.

William is amazing in the Crystal Lake location. He helped me fix an issue I had been working on for YEARS. He knows the product and was so easy to work with and truly cares about his customers. Go see him STAT!!!

I came in to inquire about my bill and Scott greeted me and assisted me. He ended up saving me money on my bill and I even added cable! I normally do not like going into stores and feeling pressured but Scott made my experience awesome and I will continue to go back and see him.

Five star customer service! First a shout out to Scott C who helped me through a difficult situation with shipping a phone to Hawaii, and a second big shout out to my local sales rep, Nicole B who made the rest of this transaction a pleasure. I know no one says I’m looking for a good time, let’s switch internet service, but I really appreciate that everyone I’ve dealt with, from the in person personnel to the nice help desk rep in South Africa has provided great customer service, and never made me, the customer, feel like an inconvenience.

William and Jason did a great job helping us finally get internet at our home in the country!! Friendly, patient, and knowledgeable! Crystal lake store is awesome!!!
