Foyer Roofing Company

We had pleasant experience in doing business with Foyer Roofing Company. They responded very promptly to all of my inquiries either through phone calls or emails. They understood what I need and had offered suggestions in choosing not only the roof's color but also the upgrade selections. The end result was very nice - roof looks great. I won't hesitate to recommend Foyer Roofing Company to do the job.

We did a full overhaul of our home, roof, siding, gutters, fascia, and soffit. These guys were there to guide us the entire time. They did an excellent job and we are happy we chose them to do the work. They are great! We would recommend them to anyone.

Just called to see if I could schedule a time for an estimate on a new roof. When I was informed they charged $99 to come out and take a look at my roof, I declined to schedule anything. The gentleman I was speaking with then hung up on me...

Good luck generating business with your atrocious customer service. I'll make sure to call somebody that doesn't charge for an estimate and treats potential customers with a little courtesy.

Total rip off. $900 for the Roofer to walk around for 2 hours saying he had no idea what was causing the leak and he didn’t have the right ladder get to the top of the chimney. Then we get a call from David Fleck quoting $900 to fix the roof same day. Roofer then spent 10 minutes on the roof (went up from the garage) with caulk. $900 for someone to walk around for 2 hrs and then caulk for 10 minutes. Giant rip off.

RUN!!! I called this place due to the other reviews and I spoke with Phil. When I asked the price for an inspection and estimate, I was told 99.00 and that the guy could take a credit card over the phone. They sent out a nice guy, in a non-descript white truck with no name on the side and just a ladder in the back. After going on the roof for all of 5 minutes, we attempted to pay him and he said he could not take a credit card. When I called Phil back at the main number, he said he couldn't do it either and I would need to get him a check or cash.

After getting him a check, he had no way to provide a receipt and didn't even have a card. He then said to get the report and quote would cost an additional 300.00. I called back and spoke to Phil again and he told me he outlined this charge prior to scheduling, but if he had, I would have gone with a different company as this is ridiculous and the most expensive out there. He said they charged 99.00 as a service charge to come out and then 99 per hour to write the report. After arguing, the roofer said he spoke with his boss and they would do it for the 99.00. Only, the report never came. He kept telling me it would come tomorrow at the latest. Well, that was a week ago and still no report. We cancelled the check.

Last time I spoke with Phil, I asked for his boss or supervisor and was told he didn't have a number for them. I asked who he would tell if I said I was going to cancel the check and he said nobody. He only schedules. They will not let you speak with anyone at the company besides this Phil guy. I should have known, but at least we stopped payment. All I can say is go somewhere else.
