Crystal Point Mall Shopping Center

Since most people have gone online for a lot of shopping, this place was pretty quiet and at the same time the crew working the place was very helpful and personable in helping with whatever I was looking for in electronics or otherwise.

WHAT A GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE, FROM START TO FINISH
AT BEST BUY CRYSTAL LAKE!
It started with the in-store salesperson, Marshall Wright he was a wealth of information, which I greatly appreciated.  I picked out the new 2021
Sony - 65" Class BRAVIA XR A90J Series OLED 4K UHD Smart Google TV and a new TV stand.
Next, I meet Mitch Towbridge who just happens to be in the store. Mitch does in-home (free) consultations. What a pleasure to work with Mitch answered all my questions and made sure that all my current equipment would work with my new Sony TV.
Finally, Installation Day!
GeekSquad, Rick Guthrie (who has set up a lot of my electronics before), and Daryl Kmiec.  They assembled my new TV stand, set up my TV, programmed my Logitech remote, and made sure everything was in harmony!
Rick answered all my questions regarding my new equipment and was a wealth of information. I have a disability and Rick tweet my equipment to help with my disability.
This whole outstanding team is out of the Crystal Lake store with  Jerry Tabor the General Manager.
I love my GeekSquad team!   I couldn't be happier!

I bought a thumb drive, but while I was there, I wandered around the store for 25 minutes, and I made notes on what I'll probably buy in the near future, most likely a printer. There's always something I need at Best Buy.

Always greeted at Best Buy. Got taken care of by purchasing what I came in for.

Best buy and Steinhaffels are great. Xfinity service is worse than awful!!

You know, I don't normally rate corporate places. However, the staff at this Best Buy deserves mega Applause. Not only did they steer me in the correct direction, they give me options to fit my budget and meet my needs. Additionally, they scheduled a free in-home consultation for my home theater and I ended up buying an entire system. I only hope the install is as great as the service we received in the store, but I'm pretty sure it will be!

I purchased a new phone. Peyton was very helpful. However not all my apps transferred and I have trouble making calls unless I'm on whatsapp.

I'm not sure why Google is asking for a review of a shopping mall and not the individual stores in this mall. It seems that many of the reviews that have been posted are of individual stores and should have been posted under the store names themselves not the mall. The only thing the mall is responsible for is common areas such as the parking lot and entryways into the mall area. The parking lot is adequate does not have a lot of potholes is easy to get into and out of if you're using traffic lights to do so. Various stores in this mall have different ratings. Everything is located on the first floor there is handicap access parking in front of the stores.

Bought an air fryer online at 30% discount the staff was extremely helpful and friendly the host was amazing

The Best Buy in Crystal Lake is the Best! Believe me when I say "all Best Buys are not created equal". My wife and I went there twice with in the week to research and then purchase a laptop. Both times we received excellent service from people knowledgeable and personable. Did the research with Jared B and purchased from Adam Rose because Jared wasn't scheduled for work that day. Turns out Adam was awesome too...who knew these guys were that good! A shout out to Jared and Adam for a job very well done! Because of that service, "I'll be back".

Went to Stienhalfals for end tables and lamps , so very glad we went there. This place is perfect for your home needs. And prices are fair.

Nice, clean and easy to shop. Good social distancing, and COVID protocols. Neat selection of international spices & herbs. Found Allepo Pepper for very reasonable price.

There are many great stores to shop at which is why I'm there so frequently!! There's Bed, Bath and Beyond, Ross, Ulta, The Fresh Market and TJ Maxx!! I always make it an all day event so that I'm not rushed because I like to look at EVERYTHING!! Don't you? LOL Plus the sales tax is cheaper in McHenry county so I can buy more treasures!!

Great trip to Best Buy for ink cartridges, Ross for a new top and accent pillows, and finished off at Fresh Market for some of their super fresh groceries. Love this mall great shops.

They were closing down. Got a cheap tv and they gave a $10 dollar gift card to use next time.

Went to Ross Dress for Less. I didn't see any real bargains. Limited amount of clothes on the racks. I may try again another time.

Went to Five Guys had a great burger and the fries were a good amount, plus they put anything you want on the burger free.
