World Market

This is a super cool store! They have a large variety of Multicultural food. Perfect place to shop to try something new! Some prices are reasonable and some are a little higher.

This is the only place I can find Aromat locally among other European delights my family enjoys!

Closest store too me. A lot of these have closed. I hope this one stays around. Staff is very friendly. Always find something cool at world market. Lots of snacks and foods in the back. Their furniture is actually really good quality. Better then you would buy from a lot of big ox furniture stores.

Always so much fun shopping here. Great variety of food, drinks, plive oils, snacks, candy and housewares from all over the world.

It is a great place to find different things from around the world at a reasonable price.

Beautiful artisanal furniture, great selection of local and international foods and drinks. Always very clean. I have had mostly wonderful interactions with the people that work and shop here. Nice collection of toys for kids as well.

Great selection of imported household goods and especially foods at good prices. The best place to get German and Swiss chocolate! Don't miss the selection of unusual soft drinks and a wide range of beers and wines. Bring your children to select puzzles and travel toys before you leave for summer vacation. They also carry a good selection of housewares. Worth a look!

I love world market. If you drink a lot of wine like my wife does, they have club prices and you can stock up on really good discounted prices.

Then there’s all the chocolate and snacks which I absolutely loved until I got fat. Now I can only look at that stuff while the wife shops for alcohol from around the world.

Wife is Russian so she likes the Sprats and some of the other smoked fish products that remind her of those Soviet days when she was starving. But on New Years every year she remembers putting one sprat on one cracker, which is all each family member had. Now we come to World Market and buy a whole jar of Sprats so she can eat the whole thing like some sort of savage.

They also have interesting furniture and lots of patio cushions.

Edit- I'm back again with my wife in June of 22. Stocking up on boxes of wine 🍷

2022- went in for bamboo knot skewers, they had them. They also have so many nice items and all the wines too!

2018-Went in looking for a drink syrup. Although they didn't have the brand I was looking for, they had the flavor!

If you are looking for very hard to find food items this is the place. My son is an aspiring chef and found some amazing condiments and ingredients to cook with that are hard to find on typical grocery store shelves. Had so much fun shopping there with him!!

It's always fun shopping here. The furniture is modern. The decor and merchandise is always set up very thoughtfully. There is alot of snacks and drink to choose from

I made the mistake of placing a breakable marble cake stand on the bottom of the cart(since our kids were filling up the cart basket), and after purchasing the item and leaving the store, the marble slid off the cart and broke in the parking lot... Not knowing what else to do with the item, my wife brought it back to the store to have them dispose of it, with no intentions of attempting to return the item or asking for a replacement. The store manager graciously provided an unsolicited replacement, so I wanted to express my sincerest thanks for his admirable customer service. Plus now my wife isn't as mad with me!

Love shopping for different kinds of Korean foods, out of the ordinary foods, drinks & desserts. Service is wonderful.

It's a neat little store to find unusual grocery and wine items. They also have some clothing, housewares, and small furniture stuff also. I like going there and shop at least once every other month when we visit Crystal Lake. Definitely 5 stars.

1st star for: Employees being fun and upbeat. They do a wonderful job of keeping positive attitudes and patience even with some of the impatient and snippy customers this time of year.
2nd star: Store is pretty clean and easy to navigate.
3rd star: A lot of decent parking.
4th star: Although some of their products can be expensive, a lot of it you can't get anywhere else and they have some kickin' sales and great deals if you sign up for free for their Explorer program.
5th star: Love the tastings they do! Allows everyone to try products and maybe end up buying them, where they may not have if they hadn't had the opportunity to try different foods and drinks!

It's one of those rare places you don't just want to shop at... you want to work there too! Awesome inventory of items that are hard if not impossible to find in person at other stores. Prices are great, service is friendly.

The best!!! You can get anything from cookware to jewelry to gift wrap and everything is so cute. Some things overpriced (furniture) but mostly fair and sometimes cheaper than you’d expect. Join their rewards program - you always save money!!

Love the eclectic selection of international decor! We found exactly what we were looking for in 30 minutes after spending several hours in multiple stores looking at the same things over and over again yesterday. Staff was very helpful and kind!

Great selection of merchandise. Too bad there's no fitting room to try on the clothes.
