Fair pricing and doing work needed and backing up the work makes SJM a trustworthy service to do business with. Nate and Marissa are informed and handle questions prior to making appointments. I have had everything from my 4runner and work van to Audi and Mercedes serviced over the years with SJM and refuse to go anywhere else! Steve and the team go above and beyond on a routine basis to make sure that their customers are happy and well informed on the repairs being made and recommend repairs as well. In addition to servicing vehicles, they build some amazing vehicles as well!

What a special spot is all I can say. The people there actually care and want you to be taken care of. Not look at you as another number to make profit off of. Places like this are a rarity and gem in the community.

Great conversations and detailed diag. Gave tips to listen for key things when driving with relation to my issues. Will be back with those motor cycle rotors when I find time to continue working on the bike!

Steve and the group are great. He is honest and does a quality job. He tells you what you need done and doesn’t try to get you to do things that are not needed. If you want one of the best mechanics around, come see him.

This shop is definitely top of the line !!! Every employee is extremely nice and know what they are doing from a little problem to the largest and most difficult one !! They are honest and always treat you with respect and patience!!! Everyone with a vehicle should make them their shop for everything car/truck related!!!

I have 2015 BMW XI with a check engine light issue code U0079 Bus 'G' Off. After three local repair shops were not able to find and repair the problem I had no choice but to take it to the BMW dealership who as well could not diagnose the problem and proposed replacing the DME board $2,800.00 plus labor. I had to pay the BMW dealership $264.00 for their time to get my car back.
I took the car to SJM AUTOWERKS they diagnosed the problem as a broken ground wire and repaired it . I highly recommend SJM AUTOWERKS next the engine light comes on in your car.
My is running great now.

Based off the reviews I saw, I made the decision to send my car here to be fixed. My car was towed and by the end of the day I had a call from the owner asking what was wrong and how they could help. They followed through on inspecting everything and taking pictures and recapping everything that needed to be addressed. Once we determined what needed to be fixed, they ordered all the parts & will be done with the repairs here in a day or so. Follow through has been awesome and communication is top notch! I’d have no issues coming back again for future repairs!

I was referred to SJM Autowerks by a broker who couldn’t say enough good things about Steve and his team. I was planning to purchase a used vehicle and really wanted some guidance on what to get so I contacted Steve. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about the different makes and models - what to look for and what to steer clear of. I truly felt like he had my best interests in mind as he spent the time answering my many questions. Once I found a vehicle, I once again contacted Steve and brought the car to him. I was particularly blown away by the thorough inspection that included photographs and a level of detail I had never seen before from a mechanic. He recapped everything that should be considered from a maintenance perspective as well as a timeline for when it should be done. It was next level care that I appreciated. Not to mention their entire staff was friendly and accommodating. I saw this first-hand as I waited for my car… several customers came into the shop and they were all treated like they were long time and loyal customers. This place has remarkable people! I came in with a few problems with my Civic and they kept me up to date with everything (they called me every time to let me know what had to be done and if I was okay with it or not which was honestly so awesome of them to do). Many mechanics these days just want your money and don’t care about keeping their clients up to date with what they are doing with someone else’s car, but these people continue to prove time and time again that their quality of service is their #1 priority among all their clients. And for that, I’m proud to call myself an SJM customer!

SJM Motors is excellent! I have been going there for over 2 years. Steve and his staff give 100% when working on your car. In addition, they are so honest and reasonable. I drive 25 minutes to get my car serviced there and will not go to anyone else. I highly recommend them.

I took my BMW 750 to the dealership and was quoted over $4k to repair items that did not sound like they were related to the symptoms. I sought out SJM for a second opinion. I instantly felt like I was in good hands and they were expert technicians. They took their time to ACCURATELY diagnose the issues. Steve was honest and his pricing was fair. The repairs were less than half of what was originally quoted, saving me thousands. My car is running great! I will definitely be using SJM for my future service .

They agreed to install the new headlight housing on my Ford F150 and I asked them if they had time for an oil change since I was overdue for one. They not only performed an excellent job on the new headlights but performed the oil change and checked out other fluids and tire pressure. I usually go back to the dealer but SJM made a good impression on me and will be a returning customer.
