Wish I got her name, but called yesterday (9/26/19) to ask about an issue with a game that I tracked as being later than I paid for and there really wasn't much she could do, but she was the NICEST person! She gave me ph#s to try and could tell she was actually interested in helping me and felt bad I was having an issue with calling customer service. GameStop always has friendly people, but for sure she was one of the best!

Employees here are there to help you navigate the sale of all your old video games, consoles and accessories. I have had great experiences all 3 times I have been here with the kids. Used games have much more reasonable prices than new. The new pro account has perks also. Nice friendly people here.

Very helpful in explaining the differences between a pro controller and other controllers. Also in explaining buying a pre-owned.

The man there was very kind I was looking at assassins creed 3 remastered and assassins creed origins he told me which one he thought was better and when I asked he told me about the modern warfare coming out in October but
i ended up getting assassins creed 3 he told me have a nice night I said you too and it was a good trip to gamestop

It was very good the staff there was joyful even though it was busy and they were really helpful they helped me when I was waiting in line they got the stuff I needed in games and then once the games were ready I walked up and pay they got everything ready so that we when we walked up to pay it was done they are really helpful and kind

Garret is the store manager and one hell of a great guy. Normally I go to the Algonquin store on Randall rd but occasionally come here for recommendations or a friendly chat with one of the nerdy and knowledgeable employees.

My go-to "Stop in the area since the one on 14 closed down. Good group of people that work here and are always friendly. Picked up my copy of Breakpoint on their 9pm release night and had no issues. Clean store as well.

Stopped in to see what used PS3 gems I might have missed and walked out with some great picks. Was impressed by the knowledgeable staff - how many game store folks will still remember and want to feel out with you about old and deeply obscure PS1 games?

This is my go to Gamestop. No matter who is working I get my questions answered, get honest opinions, and a good conversation. I've gotten some great recommendations as well that I would have never tried if it weren't for them.

It's a GameStop. I mean it's what you'd expect. Some old video games, toys, accessories. It's clean, and the staff was friendly/professional enough.
