Walmart Supercenter

Late night run (9PM) to get fabric for my kiddos school project. I get to fabric counter and was welcomed by a lady named Fran, extremely helpful as she assisted selecting the tones, measuring, and cutting them to size. An amazing employee…beautiful soul, unique smile, and unmeasurable customer skills had me driving back home quick to write this review. Thanks for your help Fran, and like I side…You are already blessed!

A very well organized Walmart to shop for groceries, tools, and items you may need. I have been here since I was little and I will continue coming.

Great pick up area , had everything I wanted and not crazy overcrowded like other walmarts

I hate that there are so many negative Walmart pick-up reviews for this location. I have always had a pleasant pick-up experience! The attendants are just kids (remember your first few jobs??), cut them some slack, they did your shopping for you - otherwise you can go in and shop yourself and save your complaining lol.

My order was ready and the young man was very pleasant. I have no complaints I use the order pick up very frequently. Service has always been great!

Some fruits and vegetables are very good here and great price.

My 5 star rating is for the amazing girl that works at the bakery, Terry i believe is her name; she is a great cake designer. I will keep coming back to her .

Candy and Samuel in the pharmacy went far and beyond to help my uncle and aunt who were visiting from India. They treated us like family. We will never forget you guys. Means everything. Thanks so much.

It's a nice clean Walmart and it has a lot more in this store then the North lake Walmart

Greeted by friendly gent (Bill), quickly found what I needed and was on my way in no time.

Manager of Sports Department and his associates were extremely helpful. I was there with my granddaughter to buy her a birthday bike. As there was a little scratch on the bike, they offered to have a new box opened and bike assembled for free. My granddaughter liked the display bike. At checkout, the Manager advised that there was a significantly lower clearance price on this bike. Everybody happy! Great service!

I ordered this two person patio glider and had it sent to my home, but there was no way I could put it together. I spoke with an assembler, Mason, at the Crystal Lake store, and I was told to bring it into them this morning. I brought the box with all the pieces to the store. Tony, one of the cart handlers, helped Mason transfer it into the store to be assembled.

After only a half-hour I received the call that it was ready. Mason did a fabulous job putting it together, and Tony was again a great help in loading the glider into my car!

Additionally, they once put together a bedroom set for me that I had ordered online. Mason, Tony, the other assemblers, and Walmart assistance employees are the epitome of customer service and do their job with great care, attention to detail, and friendliness!! They should be commended! This is what brings customers back! And they are appreciated!! Thank you all!!

I’m just curious if the store closes at 11 why everything inside the store closes before 10:30???? if that’s the case then just make your hours until 10 o’clock

Walmart, it probably has what you need. Keep in mind that the website may list something that the store doesn't stock.

So clean compared to the Walmarts in Kenosha WI, Round Lake Beach,IL, and McHenry, il. The clientele is better and more behaved

This is my go to store for everything I need! I mostly utilize grocery delivery and online shopping. All of the products I've ordered are good quality and great price!

Store is a one stop shop for anything and everything you could possibly want or need. Great selections. Great prices. Employees are super helpful and knowledgeable. Loved the greeter, scooter lady. I've never needed to use one before and I wasn't sure of how to operate. She was super patient and explained the entire process to me with a huge smile. Love this location!!

My visit to walmart supercenter in crystal lake was awesome. Thanks to a great cashier name john. Also had a great front end cashier associate named Rachel that was there to save the day when I couldn't find my original chapstick & price tag for my pioneer women's cosmetic bag. Between her & Cashier associate john they really went the extra mile. I told them I was going out of town & they were very helpful. Love my walmart store in crystal lake Illinois. Yay for them.
