Steinhafels

First experience we had was buying a futon in which a mistake was made by their staff. We were able to workout the mistake, and I later returned to buy a painting for our home. We now just purchased new couches for our home. The salesman (Sam) was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Delivery was on time, and furniture was heavily protected with styrofoam, plastic and cardboard. Easy to assemble, Could not be happier with our purchase.

Steinhafels may not be the cheapest furniture outlet, but the quality of their products is much higher than other “discount furniture” stores. I will continue buying furniture from them.

Our first time in the store, shopping for a mattress.
Greeted (with a smile) by Salesperson Dan, who escorted us to the mattress department, and showed us options based on our needs.
Everyone we came in contact with was so friendly. Nobody was pushy. Great atmosphere to shop in.
We came back several days later to purchase, and it was effortless.

Great selection, good sale prices, great sales team. They are there if you need assistance but they don't hover over you.

We purchased three area rugs for next day pickup. One of the rugs was not what we chose and they promptly exchanged it for the one we purchased.

She showed me items that pertained to my taste and needs. She explained the purchase, the VIP 4 YEAR PROTECTION+@PETS program and the delivery services available. Don Alfaro is a great associate of Steinhalels. He was easy to work with during our recent purchase. Explained all aspects of the sale, delivery and VIP Care program. First time shopping there. Saw what we putchased a few days before came back Saturday to purchase.
