I give our experience with Carpet Plus a 5 star rating. Barry, our salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. He took the time to listen to what we wanted. We never felt rushed or felt like he was trying to push us into buying something other than what we wanted. Mario, the installer, and his crew where great. They were very polite and professional. They did a fine job installing our flooring. We are very pleased and impressed with Carpet Plus, and will recommend them to anyone.

I had an excellent experience with Carrie and Jason, and everyone I interacted with at CarpetsPlus was so kind and helpful throughout the process of getting new hardwood floors. Carrie was always available to help answer any questions I had, and kept me in the loop about the status of the project. She helped me pick out a beautiful floor, and addressed any concerns I had immediately. Jason and his crew did an amazing job with the flooring install, and they were always on time and very respectful. I've gotten many compliments on the new floor, and I'm thrilled with the outcome. From beginning to end, the purchase, and install of the wood-look ceramic tile, wast phenomenal.

Chris McKinney is super easy to work with and accommodating. Chris brought the installer to do a final review of project who had tips and suggestions regarding the project.

The floor install went smoothly. The two installers, Jason and Kevin, were very professional, and cleaned up each day before leaving. They used an array of tools and gadgets to make sure the tiles were perfect and level.

Chris even stopped by one day to check that all was going well during the install.

The timeframe they gave was dead on, even arriving early February 2, the day of the big snowstorm that closed EVERYTHING in Bloomington. Carpets Plus has met and exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend. We will be going back for the next project of new carpeting!!!!

Very very pleased. Carrie was helpful, kind, knowledgeable and quick to respond to questions. The store has great selections to choose from. If you can’t find it there it’s not anywhere. The installation process went great and the installers were friendly, efficient and took a lot of pride in their work. We replaced carpeting with LVP (luxury vinyl plank) and are thrilled with the transformation. CarpetsPlus of Bloomington has great prices and overall is a super place to shop for flooring!

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! Service, Product, Installation all Excellent! I had a house on the market in Bloomington and had accepted an offer, there were several things I had to address from the inspection. One item was the kitchen faucet. I turned the shut off valve under the sink off, took a look at the faucet and decided I would come back next Saturday to replace the faucet. I came back the next Saturday and the shut off valve had dripped for 7 days destroying the kitchen floor! I had 9 days till closing! I called Jim Brown at Carpets Plus, explained my situation. He had a nice cherry manufactured hardwood in stock, gave me a great price, and had his guys install it that same week. WOW! They bailed me out big time, put in a great product at a great price and we sold the house as scheduled! Thank you to Carpets Plus Team!

Just had my second round of carpet installed from carpet plus color tile and completely satisfied. The installer Mario is excellent. I have worked with Terry in store both times and he too is great. Also shout out to Jim Brown appreciate you and your staff there!

We have been so happy working with Terry at CarpetsPlus of Bloomington. Two years ago we had luxury vinyl flooring installed on our main level and this past month we had our upstairs newly carpeted. Terry was so easy to work with and helped us find exactly what we wanted. We couldn't have been happier with our choices. The installation of both the flooring and carpet went smoothly with their crews.

Cindy was amazing to work with! After she researched the flooring I requested, only to find out it is no longer produced, she worked to find us several comparable products, including ones that nearly looked identical. Then she worked with us on pricing as well as schedule. She knew what crew she wanted to install our flooring--one that was well versed in the product and could accommodate our tight timeline. Terry is exceptional. His experience and knowledge of the industry is priceless. his coworkers that I dealt with were all professional, polite and respectful. my wife is a bug and she wants things the way she wants them. Carpets Plus met every expectation, deadline, and resolved every concern. our installation was perfectly done to our requirements quickly and easily. We've worked with CarpetsPlus of Bloomington for several flooring projects in our home, the latest being hardwood flooring in our dining room and entry way. We've been very pleased with each project. We tackled a major flooring project in a business environment. I worked primarily with Carrie but the entire staff was always great. Top notch communication about the project with Carrie and Mario the lead installer. Mario's crew did a very professional job with much attention to the details.

Barry took good care of me with picking out and overseeing the installation of my new carpet after a fiberglass incident in my home. Barry took his time and walked me through the process and made sure I was comfortable and informed. I love my new carpet and it feels wonderful! Mario and his crew who did the installation were very helpful and professional, as well.

During our first visit to the store, Barry helped us to find the type of carpet and the color palate we were looking for. He was very efficient at helping us to find the carpet we were looking for and we left with of a sample of the carpet we eventually purchased. He made the process easy and pleasant. He is very knowledgeable about the carpets they sell and is able to help simplify the search for what you are interested in. Barry was very good to work with throughout the whole process.

We also really appreciated his following through the whole purchase, install and end of project activities to make sure everything went as he had described it to us.

We really liked the fact that they have their own installers so that the carpet is installed properly and efficiently. Barry met with us and the lead installer, Mario, at our home the day before the install was scheduled to make sure we were all in agreement as to what was supposed to happen and how. As a result, the install was extremely smooth and very quick. Mario and his team installed 1200 sq. ft. of carpet and moved all of our furniture out of the rooms and back in and they were done in one day and driving away at 2:00 pm on that day.

My wife and I have allergies so we thought we might need to have a process completed that would seal the subflooring to eliminate stains and odors but when Mario and his team got all the old carpet taken up and cleaned the floor, we discovered that the subfloor was in perfect condition and no sealer was needed. Mario was very good at communicating with us about the condition of the subfloor and this saved us several hundred dollars.

Another of the trusted associates, Carrie, also did a great job when we had a couple of additional questions about the warranty and care of the carpet.
