Was stuck in a tough bind and still owed a lot of of money on my other car which came with nothing but issues from the other dealership that I had bought the car from almost 2 years ago and my mom suggested I try here instead and so I did and boy was I glad I did. Jay and Billy worked together to make a deal happen so I could walk away with a new car and they completely went above and beyond and offered way more trade in than the car was worth and way more than my previous dealership offered. I managed to walk away with a 2023 outlander sport RalliArt edition with only 86 miles on it and a 10 year bumper to bumper warranty. Now I no longer have to deal with the headaches of the service from my previous car and best of all they weren’t pushy like others but did make magic happen yesterday and I will be forever grateful. We really did not think we were going to actually buy a car in the late afternoon on a Friday two weeks ago, but we stopped in to O’Brien Mitsubishi because we were in the market and my wife fell in love with the 2023 Cosmic Blue Outlander SEL with the light grey interior and we were hooked, as it’s an awesome vehicle. In fact to get the car we wanted, he worked to get one of only five in the nation of that combination in the US and our car arrived from Ohio. We bought a car from Jay two years ago and he made the process so easy I knew I had to go back to him when I was ready for something else. Our family quickly grew, so I reached out to Jay explaining to him that we needed something larger. We live an hour and a half away from this location and it was worth the drive. Jay is great at communicating via email. I contacted him on a Wednesday and was picking my new vehicle up on Friday! When my husband and I arrived, most everything was already done. I LOVE that you advise of anything else that needs to be taken care of on the vehicles when I take it in for something else or a routine oil change, that you include the estimated cost of those repairs/maintenance, and you give the option to pass on them if someone like myself can't afford to do all of them that day. Not only that, but even when selecting to get some of those done the service is just as speedy that same day.
